Was in a popular beach town walking back to my room alone after the bar closed at 2 am. An attractive female approaches me and says she’s lost and needs help finding her way to a party at her friends condo. We walk around for 10 minutes and no such luck. Strip clubs ate more regulated locally. Usually they are grandfathered in from way back. When one closes down, a town will rarely renew a license for another. In NJ, they are mostly located in low income towns that really need the property tax revenue.
