do US Presidents effect the state of SCs....and trivia needed

gothamyte
from that Adam Westsiiiide of Gotham
first, lemme drop off the trivia questions i have, real quick:

can anyone answer these questions WITH PROOF, because i don't have the answer:

1) there's a porn star we all know, teanna trump. my trivia question is: did she vote for donald trump in 2016 or nah? i dunno. i'm asking because trump's her stage name...technically, she should vote for him, especially since she makes money off his name. but she's a chick, so i dunno if she voted for hillary or didn't vote at all. if anyone here knows how to contact her please ask and get back to me. oh and i also wanna know, for the sake of trivia has she ever met donald trump? i don't think so, but i wanna know for sure.

2) has obama ever been to a sc in his life? don't just assume yes or no, i wanna know for sure yes or no. and you never know the answers to these things. believe it or not, obama attended the first million man march in 1996. and malcolm x attended dr. martin luther king's i have a dream speech in washington d.c in 1963....so you never know the real answers to these things. i want the real answer if anyone can get it.

you got real proof on any of these questions, i might pay you. LOL

but the topic i really wanted to discuss is: do certain presidents effect the mongrel / SC lifestyle? is it the president or the times that effect SCs?

like, i thought with donald trump in the white house, that SCs would "improve" somehow? maybe be more vast, more ratchet, more seedy, more in abundance, whatever. but i don't think they are, especially as i hoped. like, TO ME, president clinton had the SCs and massage parlors POPPIN'. absolutely. but it was the 90s. one could argue other factors made things poppin' back then.

and i'd say w. bush got the strip clubs poppin. those were decent years too, but towards the end of his 2nd term, SCs were sliding. and tho I voted for obama, i'd say SCs suffered under him and were going in decline? what say you?

i didn't vote for trump. but i hoped he'd get the SCs to bounce back. somehow. like when's the last time you heard of a new SC opening up. i thought they're would be a good dozen opening up. haven't really heard of any.

so do SCs correlate with presidents, in your view or nah? i'm sure economy and other factors are in the mix, but i'm just wondering.

we need a SC president tho.

Strip clubs ate more regulated locally. Usually they are grandfathered in from way back. When one closes down, a town will rarely renew a license for another. In NJ, they are mostly located in low income towns that really need the property tax revenue.

    I gotcha. Regulated locally.

I've also noticed that wherever there's a university or college, for some reason, a strip club is not too far from it.

But, c'mon, don't you think a U.S. President will have some kind of influence on stripclubs? During The Clinton Administration, the dot.com businesses were poppin' off and maybe somehow that indirectly effects The SC scene...I dunno; just wondering aloud.

Like, if we get a certain kind of female President, in the near future, won't there be a dip in women working at SCs? They'll look at the female President and think, "...hey, maybe I should be doing something different. Look at Madame President. She's in a suit and shaking hands overseas. Look at me, I'm in VIP sitting on someone's boner."

Like, I'm not saying this is the case, but I could see it, if someone thought, "hey, if SCs and massage parlors were poppin' off during The Clinton Administration it was maybe because it was after 12 straight years in a row of Reagan-Bush. Now we have a totally different cat in the driver's seat with Clinton and he's much younger. It's time to party....!"

And not saying this is the case, but I could also see it where Obama becomes President and a whole lotta folks drop out of the mongrel / massage parlor / strip club business saying to themselves, "look at Obama. Maybe I should be out here chasing a real dream..."

The way Guiliani gets elected mayor of New York City and next thing you know, all the mongrel and SC spots start drying up. Sure, one could argue, it's the times that made things change and it was time, shit changes; or one could say Instagram and Snapchat with chicks posting themselves naked on it all the time is killing SCs, not U.S. Presidents. Then again, you got folks out here like ex-stripper Cardi B, ex-stripper Eve, ex-stripper Blac Chyna getting girls to think, "hey, maybe if I strip first for a couple of years I can land me fame like Cardi B."

I'm just wondering aloud what indirect effect U.S. Presidents have in all this....

No US President is going to do anything to help strip clubs in any meaningful way.

But if we get a President who inspires evangelical fervor against the adult industry, then that President could hurt strip clubs.

    Re: teanna trump.

I don't think felons can vote in most states.

No political figure has ever stimulated my desire for or against the sex industry.

Without a doubt conservative leaders are bad for SC businesses. It usually takes a few years after they get in power but the evangelical forces that help them get there are at work and have to be appeased. Mr Pence for sure would like to see everything related to the sex industry shutdown. This filters thru to locals governing bodies in the form of a) retribution or b) reconciliation.

Looking back over the ebb and flow of leniency and crackdowns and a pretty clear pattern of following the political climate by a few years.

Rudy Guliani won New York mayor running on a promise that he would “clean up” the sex industry around Broadway and 42 and it took him a few years but cleaned it up alright. Where it used to be a favorite area, it’s now entirely no fly zone to me.

Proof? Just what constitutes "proof"? Example. Say obama states he has been in a strip club. Is that proof? He could lie about it, correct? These days, even a picture of him sitting in a club getting a lap dance can be faked!

That can cover just about any question of "proof".
