Wrt “working fine”, the point is we have more or less on brand representation, not that the representation results in a winning ticket. I read that on a long term basis, California is usually in a drought and dry as a desert, for thousands of years at a time. The idea of the article was that the past few hundred years of relatively green CA are a blip. It just seems weird to us bc we showed up there during the blip.
