Do you remember your first SC experience? What was it like?
I had a summer job stocking shelves in the evening at a local supermarket. I thought one of the girls working there was kind of nice and tried striking up a conversation with her. Needless to say, I experienced a nuclear rejection. I felt like crap, but as I walked back home I noticed an old man's bar that was a neighborhood fixture for years now had a sign "under new management" "girls girls girls" "cage dancers" I went in hoping it would make me feel better. There were two cages, one at each end of the bar with a dancing girl wearing nothing more than pasties and a bikini bottom. It was continuous dancing to the background music in the bar. The girls were gorgeous. I was mesmerized and couldn't get enough of watching mostly naked girls dance. My strip club journey began.

Dating in the 1950s through 1980s.
Back in the early 1980's, any average looking guy could have all the sex he wanted in high school. He just had to be on some high school team, even a Tiddlywinks team would count. There was a lot of sex going on in the school van(s) and boy's locker room. That may be true today, too. I don't know. But back then, nothing was monitored and no one seemed to care.

Getting attention from the woman you want
Take a $20 bill and fold it in thirds. Tear off a third with the $20 clearly visible and tip her with it while saying she has to come to your table for the remaining portion. Works like a charm! In the unlikely event she doesn't respond, you can always take your portion to the bank for a new bill.

I get no respect
The explanation could be as simple as she saw that your dollar bill was all wrinkled and soiled. She thought to herself there's no way he's going to put THAT in my thong. The other customer had a clean, crisp, new dollar bill. Strippers do have standards.

Whats a good indicator that a floor dance and/or VIP dance will be good?
You have to take an indirect approach rather than questioning her about her rules, available options, etc. And don't buy any dances for a test drive. Just say something innocent like you heard that some guys get a HJ in the VIP. Then ask her if she thinks that's true. You'll find out really fast whether she does the extras you want.

The “Newbie” stripper
Here's another comment, Chelsea 123456. The biggest challenge for a "newbie" is to specialize and try to be with those customers who make you feel the most comfortable. This will make it easier to talk and help build confidence. After you gain some experience, you can branch out and approach the remaining customers or PLs as the case may be.

Club is not a fit for everyone but it's a pretty-good fit for me
It seems that Palpi had a stressful night rather than a relaxing one.

Bad. Just bad.
Years ago there was a string of clubs in California each in a pink building with the sign, "100 pretty girls and 1 ugly one" I went to the club in Lemon Grove in the afternoon and they were correct. I saw one girl dancing and yes she was the ugly one. Don't recall the name of the club, but "Deja Vu" does sound familiar.

Just OK
The last time I was at Mario's they had a rather large sign posted on the wall which stated something like they can refuse service to anyone, at any time without giving a reason. Doesn't make you feel welcome at all.

Most dangerous strip club you had ever gone to.
Many years ago I was passing through Syracuse, NY and found myself on Salina Street. I don't recall if it was North Salina or South Salina. There were several strip clubs on the street. The area was kind of dicey, but it was still daylight so I thought why not, I'll give one a try where parking was close to the entrance. Outside the building looked kind of run down. Inside the club looked O.K. There were a few customers in back. The bartender seemed friendly; gave me my drink. Some girls were standing by the pool table. The atmosphere seemed relaxed. That all changed in 30 seconds. As I was walking over to the pool table to see the girls, the bartender went berserk. For no apparent reason, he ran over to the pool table, picked up a cue stick, began screaming and smashing the cue stick against the table, barely missing hitting them. That was enough for me. I did an about face, left my drink and went out the front door. The cue stick was in several pieces.

Partially re-opened, still not my cup of tea
This place has the ambience of some type of old 1890's railroad depot because that's what is was in its former life. I just couldn't relax there. The one dancer I spoke with said she was 19; too young for me. Left after one drink, won't be back.

very sad
Thanks for the review. I was going to go today Friday, but I'll pass. The club is now a waste of time. The management seems to have lost interest in getting the club back up to speed. They need to contact the dancers which were featured in their calendars and have them return for a special meet and greet event to former customers.
