"A strip club owner is facing several charges after allegedly attacking Indianapolis City-County Councilor Jeff Miller Monday morning.
It happened during an Alcoholic Beverage Board meeting at the City-County Building, where city cameras caught the outburst on camera.
Jeff Moe, who faces criminal confinement, strangulation, battery and disorderly conduct charges, allegedly told the arresting officer, "Yes, I cleaned his clock and I'll do it again."
While Miller faces child molestation charges, several at the meeting told Eyewitness News that didn't appear to have any bearing on what happened."

Actually the liquor license for him was not agenda that night. it was for a neighboring business he supported.
