Papi_ChuloMiami, FL (or the nearest big-booty club)
OT: More Californians are considering fleeing the state as they blame sky-high c@ime: "California ranks dead last among U.S. states in quality of life, according to a study by U.S. News, ranking behind New Jersey (49th) and Indiana (48th)."
Not sure what criteria US News used to reach this conclusion. If housing non-affordability and brutal traffic in metropolitan areas were big factors, I get it.
For quality of life, coastal California is spectacular if ocean sports and temperate climate are important to your lifestyle. If both ocean sports and mountain sports are important to you, California simply cannot be beat in continental USA. That's all assuming you can afford to live in coastal California, of course.

When do you like to club and why?My preference is crossover of late dayshift through early nightshift for: (1) the variety, (2) the lower hustle / reduced sausagefest, and (3) experiencing dancers I like at same club but who work opposite shifts. If I've got all night, I then split the club around 9, get more buzzed with some drinks, have dinner and return.
That MO is when I'm clubbing alone cuz the few pals I club with (only occasionally, unfortunately) are available nightshift and I find it fun to club with pals and so I happily endure the accompanying higher hustle / sausagefest. Ya it can be annoying on Fri or Sat night but if a fave I like is there it's all good.

new club list format-->@CMI: "One day we're going to wake up to a green-screen DOS interface featuring an ASCII middle finger."
Good point. To reduce chance of that happening, I declare I love the new club list format, it's the best thing ever.

Exactly why founder said in a recent post that he would give gawker 6 month VIP for a gawker article.

new club list formatIt's alright. Prior setup was easier to scroll down to city you want, click on city and all the clubs in that city appear on one page. Not great, but not worth bitching about IMO

What are the different VIP costs?Have never clubbed in Vegas, and like blahblah, I'm surprised Vegas would be cheaper than SF.
The Northern Calif pricing nonsense emphasizes the bargain nature of TJ, both bad and good for me I don't live closer.

What are the different VIP costs?@TFP, thanks for the assist, I didn't realize the SF FN prices had risen.

What are the different VIP costs?I assume OP's question is for closed room VIP (not VIP chair or couch), regular price not specials, and not including any upcharge for extras. That said:
San Francisco (and no, I haven't done all these, just aware of the insane prices):
-TL clubs range $350-$450/30min depending on club, and $700-$800/1hour.
-North Beach FN clubs: $300/30min at lower end clubs, and $350/30min at Centerfolds (doesn't include MBOT or Crazy Horse, I've never been).
Reno TL clubs: $300/30min

don’t really need any advice but feel free to critiqueHer "thank you I’m awesome, but I think I love myself too much" snippet is confusing but maybe she was just trying to be funny.
The "enjoy your day" at end of text is lazy marketing. For a short period I was a regular to girl who frequently ended texts with "safe travels" whether I was traveling or not which was also .
I've never gotten a "come see me" text and I'm crossing my fingers I never do.

Would you let your gf be a stripper?Girlfriend? Sure, why not, no problem.
If I were to want to have a serious relationship? No way I would move forward with that - would not be interested in having an SO grinding on and being groped by other guys.

Your experiences with stripper employee status in CA so far-->@Papi: "Having a "salary" does sorta "guarantee" the dancer making something"
^Really not trying to split hairs with ya here Papi, but the girls are paid hourly (minimum) wage plus commissions over a certain dollar amount they generate daily after the club has taken its cut to pay the hourly wage, and they are not salaried employees. Despite them not being salaried (in which case the clubs would be exempt from having to pay them overtime and provide rest and meal breaks), there actually is an argument to be made they could be salaried as "artistic profession" employees but they won't be because all salaried employees in Calif must be paid on a full time basis and the full time minimum salary for 2019 is $49,920.
-->@Papi: "but strip club owners are in this type of seedy biz not only to make $$$, but make big $$$/margins - I would assume going-forward it will only be worth it to most SC owners if they can somehow pass most of these costs to the dancers and squeeze them like many clubs do.
^Yes, and the squeeze in the new employer-employee setup is that the wages paid to them as employees (including benefits) appears to be less than what they took in as independent contractors, even when factoring in their payment of self employment tax (the self employed portion of FICA that employers pay on employee's behalf).

Ya right, as if the Calif Supreme Court is a bastion of right wing conservatism

Your experiences with stripper employee status in CA so farOne thing that'll be interesting about the new employer-employee setup is whether girls will file and win lawsuits for hostile work environment despite all involved (girls, management and customers) knowing and expecting that groping by customers is an anticipated characteristic of the environment. I think we'll soon find out. Hopefully the sky is not falling and it won't lead to no touch clubs in localities that haven't regulated touching.
