"It felt like I was burning money for no reason." So how is this a "Great Place for the Price" then?

Plus, for me, it's not just what a dancer does but how she does it that makes it worthy of a big tip. The fact that she took my hand there made it much more exciting. On the other hand, I've had all kinds of extras that seemed perfunctory, and didn't really send me.

A slight distinction between the Navalny and Trump situations. Publicly available evidence shows Trump committed sexual assault, financial fraud, and election fraud, and has also bragged that he could get away with his criminal and other corrupt conduct (He said "I could shoot someone on the streets of New York and get away with it," or words to that effect.) Navalny was imprisoned only for criticizing Putin.

@Lamer Your description is a little misleading. It was about 6 dances, so maybe an $80 tip over the $120 I owed. And it got me her phone number and an invitation to call. Though I'll admit I tend to be maybe over generous when I really enjoy a dance and I've struck out previously (as I did on Wednesday).

Thanks for the detailed review. "It's probably one of the best clubs in the area." Are there other clubs you recommend? Are there other clubs you think are better?
I wonder if the closed off area is Monday-Wednesday day shift thing?

Cubans have an easier time immigrating to the U.S. because they are considered to be coming from a repressive regime. (As opposed to Mexicans, for example.)
FYI, in 2021, some guys in Houston were busted by the feds for sex trafficking Cuban women and forcing them to work as prostitutes/strippers in clubs/brothels to pay off high fees charged them for being brought to the U.S. Since there haven't been more arrests, it may be that most of the other Cubanas in strip clubs are there because that is their choice of work (though their choices may be limited by lack of language skills of course).

They never tell you what you need to know.
Prostitution is of course already legal in certain counties in Nevada (not Las Vegas). But I don't see that spreading any time soon.
Some other types of non-addictive drugs might become legal at least for medical use, e.g. MDMA (ecstasy) which has medical/psychiatric uses, and was only made illegal once it began being used recreationally.

I wasn't aware of the other site, so thanks for mentioning it. However, TUSCL seems to be far superior as a source of information about individual strip clubs. There is no directory of clubs at the other site, no ranking system, no format for club reviews, and no way to sort reviews by club (only location). There are just subforums for discussion of strip clubs by location – but the comments could be about anything, not necessarily club reviews.

Intoxication is never a defense to a crime--that is settled law for the reason mogul1985 suggests. It appears that the defense here was not claiming that she was so intoxicated that she didn't know what she was doing, but that the cannabis use TRIGGERED an actual psychotic event. That this happens occasionally is apparently claimed by legit psychiatrists. (Google Cannabis-Induced Psychotic Disorder.) I don't know anything about the facts other than what's in the article, but the fact that she intentionally stabbed herself in the neck before police subdued her certainly suggests something more than ordinary cannabis intoxication was happening. (I'm not defending anything here btw--just explaining.)

Have only encountered one dancer with bad breath. She was beautiful but on the thin side. I researched it and discovered bad breath is one side effect of bulimia.

Penthouse club? For non-VIP extras? Never heard of that. Last time I was there, lap dances weren't even topless unless you went to the VIP--so very tame unless you want to commit to the VIP without having tried out a dancer first.

Sounds like my kind of place. By "still focuses on the lap dance" you mean as opposed to what....? VIPs?

VIP areas at GGC seem to be more heavily monitored than the regular lap area, so I don't think much in the way of extras happens in the VIPs. And yes, mgt does seem to discourage extras, but I have gotten them there occasionally, but not post-pandemic. Check your DM for more info.

I wouldn't believe a damn thing posted by Jim Jordan unless it is verified by a legitimate source. The GOP's favorite presidential candidate is a pathological liar after all.

I think it all varies by club and location. At my favorite club in Baltimore, the Gold Club, it's been $30 single laps for at least 15 years. But these are full contact laps. Other clubs like Penthouse Club are different--tame single dances and the only way to get good dances is to spring for a room. I don't go to Penthouse anymore. At extras clubs, like the big Detroit area clubs nowadays, single laps are available ($25?), but the dancers all push for extras and don't put much effort into the laps. That's why I don't like clubs where extras are routine. From what I've read, clubs in Texas have $20 laps--that was also the price in the Detroit area in the 1990s, when single laps were awesome and extras weren't the norm.

@Muddy If that's all you care about then you should go to brothels, not strip clubs. I find brothels boring. And the more strip clubs become like brothels, the more boring they are to me.

Yeah, I like my own posts. But I can see why you wouldn't like yours. Your reviews are good though, so the political nonsense is a shame.

Your tag line is obnoxious. I come to this site to share info about strip clubs, not be bombarded with dumb political comments. You can make those in other forums here if you must.

Thanks for your hard work. I guess bookmarks and the ignore feature have yet to be fully implemented? (Using Windows.)
Also, Gold Club in Maryland ought to be listed under Baltimore rather than tiny Rosedale, which is just a suburb no out of towners will have heard of.

This is my favorite Baltimore club, but even I have never thought "the dancers were all incredibly talented." Please. There are some who are 100 pounds or more overweight! And what is a "good mix of mature and young strippers"? I've never seen any reviews complain there aren't enough "mature" strippers at a club.

I rarely ask, but if I do, it's only in a vague way, so it could be interpreted as a money for services thing or asking for a date/hook-up. That way, the dancer shouldn't get offended.

I went pre-covid around 2017 and not sure why this place ever got famous. Having to go outside the club for alcohol is a drag, and there were better looking dancers at nearby clubs.
