Acronyms and Slang

Ok, please fill me in on the slang. I'm fairly new to the site and have read tons of wonderful reviews, but I fell like I'm not getting the full message. OTC, ITC, FS, Mileage...and others. What do these mean?

OTC - Outside The Club
ITC - Inside The Club
FS - Full Service
Mileage - How far a dancer goes ITC (and sometimes it's used for OTC but they're different games entirely)

What the other posters said. The glossary doesn’t have absolutely every term, but it has a lot of them. Sometimes the reviewer will use his/her own abbreviations— just ask them to explain (sometimes this is done privately)
