According to your logic, escorts shouldn't crop/blur their faces in ads, for example.
I don't know who lurks here. Anyone can use google image search and track me down using this pic. It's possible that someone will save my face/body pics, links on my tuscl profile, etc and post it somewhere else. There are a lot of things that can go wrong. And if I was fugly, I could easily steal hot girl's pic from FB.

However, my agency does screen clients - I wouldn't go with it if it didn't. Guys are asked to provide their full name, number, employment verification, other providers references, social security number, recommendation letter from their middle school teachers, etc.
