Well, Penthouse/Hustler/Scores are definitely not cheaper than Flash. It's just extras there are easier to find. You would have to build rapport with hosts at Flashdancers for a while so eventually they could bring an extra-girl. Of course, you can try your luck with asking girls on the floor but there is sooo much money purely from lap-dances, nobody has to resort to prostitution. And cuts from private rooms for dancers are pure robbery at Flash. So yeah.

Btw, speaking of tip-walk setup in the clubs where girls collect $ from custies around bar - as a dancer, I don't like them either. I worked at one and while it was nice to know that I will always make something off stage, some guys can be really obnoxious. From times to times, they just throw fucking dollar to you like a bone to dog. Seriously. I always threw bill back to them, cause fuck it, you might get frustrated with system like that but don't even dare to humiliate me like that. Also once I was sitting with a custie at the bar when my coworker got off stage and tried to collect tip from him. Oh, gawd. He started waving his bill in front of her and giving commands "Turn around! Show your ass! Hmmmm, I don't know...".
I do think that sitting at rail and not tipping is rude. But I had custies who did it yet spent a lot later on dances, soooo. I won't care too much about zero stage tips, my pet peeves are assclowns who 1)expect me to take tip out of his mouth and get surprised when I rip it off ; 2)try to grope me on the stage for couple of bucks ; 3) wave their bucks to me.
