motorhead,
Chris Evert the tennis player, you say? Googled her. Just looks like a 60 year old woman with a lot of time and money to spend on her appearance. Nothing bad, but "so hot"?

I have tipped before, but was only on the advice of my favorite of the time. We had long since passed a new customer/provider relationship. On this occasion, she told me that there was a bouncer there that seemed to be a little to interested in the goings on in the back. I didn't know him at all. She said he would look the other way for a tip. He didn't bother us. I watched after our session and he did a lot of checking. I suspect he was a voyeur with a primo job.

chandler,
I had nothing to do with the glossary. It isn't mine. However, I do thank and respect founder for this service and will not bastardize his work.

I doubt you could find a sport that doesn't have a "protect the integrity of the game" or something similar clause. NASCAR has their "actions detrimental to stock car racing." They seem to use it whenever a sharp crew chief finds a way to bend, use, manipulate, etc, the rules. No clear cut rule violation is usually broken.

motorhead,
Just how stupid is that? A business can't discipline an employee for breaking their rules? I'm going to break some of my employers rules and use that judges decision as precedent. See how quick I get booted!

chandler,
This is TUSCL, not MLB or MTV. Do they play music any more?
See below:
Glossary of Strip Club Terms
ATF: All Time Favorite - a patron's favorite dancer. If you have one of these, please see PL lower in the gloss.
I rest my case.

rickdugan,
What case? "He lost this case because there was no evidence of wrongdoing by Brady and because Brady was never afforded an opportunity to present that reality to an unbiased party."
Brady wasn't arrested, he broke no public law. It was a simple case of work place discipline for breaking a FOOTBALL RULE. Courts should not even be involved. No difference then a team fine for missing a practice, or wearing the jersey not tucked in during a game. BTW, they do have people that watch for uniform infractions during a game.

Tell me something, how did this get into court? It wasn't a public law he broke, just a football rule. Can they start taking teams to court because they are punished when late for practice? Fined for missing a meeting? Where does it end?
This country is just getting so NUTS!

Subraman,
"I could care less" drives me nuts. and the few times I ask someone how much they DO care, they have no idea.
As for the rest of your statement,"ain't" that the truth, but I don't have to follow the crowd, do I?
