Well, safe injection clinics, and a safe drug supply chain are ideas that have been around. I would like to read more as I have mixed feelings about this.
Of course My Organization will never deal with anyone using such clinics, or who is struggling or who believes in Recovery either.

Any business can kick you out and they do not have to give them a reason.
No, on the way out you should not show them your idea.
As a matter of practicality they have to show that they always back up the dancers, so if a dancers wants it, they will kick you out.
You can't get into squabbles with the dancers, you have to back down and pull back before it goes that way.
When a girl is pulling the bouncer's strings, you don't know what they might do. But usually if a girl has been excessive, the others will see this and eventually sanity will be restored.
But you can't proceed with emotionally intense interactions with the girls ITC. You have to get them outside. And best if you steer it this way as quickly as possible. Minimize time in strip clubs.

This Sharon Quirk-Silva is in charge of this Assembly Committee on the Homeless and Mental Health for Orange County. She always goes on and on about "seeing people who need help" everywhere. "Many of our families have been touched by homelessness."
She talks about her own brother, "Billy who struggled with not only Mental Health, but with Severe Alcoholism."
The idea that someone is "Mentally Ill" usually starts within the family.
This Bennett, Ventura, is not a name I had heard of in connection with this before.
Marie Waldron, high ranking Republican, says she has spent years working in the Mental Health field.
This Laurie Davies (R) says that she and her husband are conservators of her sister-in-law.
So she explains that there had been help, that if something happened they could get her into a hospital and "back into medication".
"When they are in this stage they are not able to make commonsense decisions"
Like they decide that they should not keep taking mood altering chemicals that numb and stupefy them.
Cooper says he spent 13 years in law enforcement and he saw people brought into the jail and get on medication and "get normal".
And he says "The number one issue in our state is homelessness. The public wants it solved."

No one has spoken against this. But Al Muratsuchi (D) says he will be voting for it but with mixed feelings.
"Fundamentally philosophical issue, when does compassion end and our desire just to get people off of the street begin. Real issue is housing."

It has its own tax. Polling told them that the voters would go for a Millionaires Tax. It has already raised $30 billion. And now it is up to $8.3 billion per year.
So most families that are not rich enough to hire private doctors, will have someone in them who is now believed to be "Mentally Ill", and is kept medicated. You hear the stories, "Our son can only come home if he takes his meds. Otherwise he has to stay in the homeless shelter."
I am sure that this ideology of "Mental Illness" and the drugging causes more voluntary and involuntary hospital admissions.
This is all clearly within Nuremberg president.

Says it has no aluminum, but it has zinc.
I thought we were getting away from hydroflourocarbons. I guess that is Freon and they want something which will phase change to get a lot of propellant power in a small volume.
What surprises me is Butane, Isobutane, and Propane.
I guess those will phase change too. Is that why we need them. Putting CO2 into the air is bad. BUt putting unburned hydrocarbons into the air is worse.

Recruiting, screening, approving, and initiating in my org cannot depend on me, not beyond the very beginning. Otherwise growth would be too slow. Others will be deputized to do this. And this also applies to the case of learning of a stripper who is a little bit hard shelled that we have decided we want to get.
