To my reading of the article, CNN did not say any of that equipment disappeared. They said it was a risk and it had happened in other venues and it was a risk the USA were willing to take. I suspect most of this rumor, like Qanan cult, is a Russian conspiracy designed to change american opinion. Russians are very good at mind games -- they have fooled more than half their population that Ukraine government is nazi. Hope none of you are qanans.

Wasn't worth the free cover charge
Do you feel safe there? This place is very convenient to both the inner harbor Marriott and Hilton -- I was however at a meeting and they literally had security people walk us the 1/2 mile between the hotel and the conference site (both night and day).

The IRS
The alternatives stink as well. Taking the 5th for 6 hours. Keeping national secrets in your basement storage room. (Not going to jail when they find the first 15 boxes of top secret materials ... we'd all be there) Refusing to give up the next 15 boxes when they know you have them. I hope he didn't plan to sell it to the highest bidder. Don't kid yourself everyone wants a sugardaddy especially Mr Trump.

GIrls know why there are there
Thanks for the corrections. I've only been to Seattle once, and some of my impressions were from reading tusl. hence the corporate statement. I didn't know about the other stage. The chick that wouldn't bob told me about the raids. Perhaps I made the mistake of believing her. The second dancer however was definitely looking around to avoid trouble. So I can't say about raids. I was only there an hour but a girl a minute in rotations with multiple repeats came by my table. I asked new questions each rotation and offered new prices.

What does it mean when a dancer adds your social media or phone number?
Great question! Answer is "ask her why she wants it". I've also commonly been given and asked for shared phone numbers. I use my burner. They usually don't answer texts or calls. I'll take my own advice next time and ask her.

Keep it in my pants when I do OTC. If I were a stripper it would stand for I like big bucks and I can not lie.
Is founder a DJB?
Not sure how much money he makes. There really aren't that many regulars as best I can tell. Does anyone know how many total members there are? Ads are fairly limited.

Inflation
I only have about 4-5% in crypto. Most of the amount is profit. I intermittently sell after a bull rise for a few days, and then try and buy back in after the profit taking. Crypto is a game.

Inflation
Government spending trillions of dollars --> Inflation Inflation --> cash buys less, fed raises interest rates Interest rates up --> bonds go down Inflation up --> worried investors sell stock (especially since we are due for a correction) until they realize that the companies are able to raise their prices and bonds are down --> stocks back up since salaries are not actually going up Salaries --> last thing to go up Earlier this month I sold about 20% of my stocks that were doing too well, probably too soon, so I could have cash to buy stock in case the market panics when the debt ceiling is hit or the correction occurs. I will buy SVXY since it should over react to a panic and then over rebound. I will then plan to sell soon after the 3 trillion infrastructure is approved and the market gets excited aga, but interest rates have not yet risen. I will focus on the volatile green energy stocks (FCEL). Then I will convert bonds to the stocks that like inflation.

What's next for cryptocoin now that China lost control
Supposedly however Evergrande doesn't have a crypto investment. What I didn't think of is that China might let Evergrande fail so that many people and companies would have to cash their crypto into Chinese currency to pay the interest.

I got my answer to the Yellen question. She could add additional taxes like sales taxes beyond just income taxes (kind of like cigarettes and gasoline). My comment was really that China is trying to get rid of crypto, and even in a country with very autocratic rule, ability to make entire populations stay inside, they are failing. I agree with most of the posts, that like paper money, it has almost no worth unless people believe it is backed. Also you are correct that government backing means something, but some governments are less solid than Bitcoin right now, and more volatile. Afghanistan and Venezuela for example. Some countries do not let their currency leave borders (china) without permissions. SanchoRG pointed out the reasons some people want crypto and why he doesn't. I guess aside from the fact that most of the group thinks it a poor investment and even a Ponzi scheme, is there anything besides additional taxes that Yellen can implement that would outlaw it? Additional taxes just help the deficit and make it less profitable. At this point at least the top 10 cryptos are accepted and verified to the point that they can no longer be prosecuted as a Ponzi. To me the most devestating development to one or more cryptos is the ability to

I'm all for the vax but this is insane
France had the most antivaxers in Europe. They mandated vaccine, created vaccine passports, and now 85% of people over 12 are vaccinated. Lowest covid in Europe. Its probably the best way to save lives of conservatives and get the economy back running again.

90% of Israeli's are vaccinated, including the ones that got natural infections. So the study is part of the reason they are doing boosters.

Vaccines nearly useless in preventing transmission of Covid?
Rickdugan by the way is wrong about the natural infection people. The natural infections count as non-vaccinated, check the actual papers on www.pubmed.gov. They are highly at risk. That is the reason he can't find that data he was looking for.

Hospitals have to close down because the ICU's and all the step downs are full of very sick covid. They are sending quite sick patients home to try and survive without O2. Do you really want to get your prostate biopsy and come home in a box from Covid. Hospital workers have had the highest exposure doses (viral parti and therefore very high death rates.

The RNA vaccines produce 10x (and up to 100x) the level of antibody compared to getting the disease. The decay rate of the antibodies is not yet known. So immunity might decrease over time. The super high levels of antibody in the vaccinated probably explain why the non-vax, even those that have gotten the original covid, are still at much higher risk for delta. (Even weak antibodies work if you have enough -- its chemistry in action). England, Germany, France and Israel are at >80% vaccinated and are now giving boosters. My 97 year old dad just got his booster. Many of the first people in Europe got Astra Zeneca (AZ is in England) and that did not cover the South African strain very well, so they probably needed boosters with a better vaccine. The CDC site says they will be giving guidance on boosters for immuno-supressed people in September and maybe for everyone in October. They are holding off now for more data, and in a strange hope that the current supplies will suddenly be used by the non-vaccinated. Myself -- I travel alot -- so I've been following my antibody level. I'll get a booster if it drops.

Covid delta is not the original covid. It is a different disease. It was made possible because of non-vaccinated people in India. We are lucky that the vaccine provides any immunity against delta, even if it doesn't prevent spread. It's like saying last years flu is this years. It isn't. By the way there is also a covid lambda (we have not run out of greek letters yet) and the vaccine might not prevent disease severity or spreading. So we should not blame the vaccine we should blame the self declared clever people that aren't vaccinated (and have the option to be vaccinated). If we wait too long before we get the world vaccinated, then for sure there will be strains that are resistant to the vaccine.

Selling covered calls and covered puts for income
by some TSLA. Then keep selling covered calls every week. If it goes up you make money and say buy to the shares. If it goes down just keep the money. The calls and puts are expensive for TSLA
