boomer79: It's not just at the so called "make it rain" clubs. Just this morning there was another shooting just outside Cheetah in Midtown according to the news. Shootings can happen at any club or bar as long as there is alcohol, money, or drugs regardless of the club type and/or demographics.

Yeah the booths sucks for real. I'm not sure how much it would cost to remove them and replace them with high tops but it will definitely make for a better strip club environment

In addition to what Papi_Chulo suggested, Wax and Blaze are the two black clubs that are extra friendly. Wax is a bikini club so no license is require to dance there (thus far). Blaze is a hole in the wall and a little bit more on the hood, ratchet side.

@Tiburon: I'm actually working at a hospital in Albany, GA about 1 hour north of Tallahassee, FL and 2.5 hours south of Atlanta.

I'm an essential worker at a hard hit COVID-19 hospital, so of course I've been saving a lot more since the shutdown began in mid-March. I'm getting between 10 to 20 hours of overtime weekly on top of extra incentive pay. All of that extra money is going into my nest egg with a small portion going into my "play money" fund which includes strip clubs and strippers. I generally agree with this article. Many, many clubs has closed down from what I noticed, especially within the past three years in particular. The clubs used to be fun but now are only a shell of what they used to be. Follies, Blaze, and Pin Ups are three clubs that I personally see that are still going strong. I was informed by a favorite that Follies is due to close sometime around 2022 after the current lease is up due to conflicts with the city of Chamblee. I went to Wax once earlier this year and they no longer get naked at all. They rarely grind. Basically a regular nightclub with skimpy go-go dancers now. Riley's closed due to a lawsuit that occured when an intoxicated customer got into a fatal accident not far from Riley's where she just left. I also heard that Goldrush is doing well. Goldrush is one of the only black clubs in the city that I still have not been to yet so I may stop for a recon visit soon.
