ATLANTA — Shell casings littered the parking lot of an Atlanta nightclub early Sunday morning after a shooting left one person injured, police say.
It happened at Vivide off Marietta Boulevard in northwest Atlanta.
One person was shot and transported to the hospital. The condition of that person is not known.
It is the latest shooting at a nightclub in Atlanta where there have been at least a half-dozen shootings since the new year.
Last year, the City of Atlanta enacted an ordinance to revoke the liquor licenses of clubs where repeat violent crimes make them a public nuisance.

Seems the politicians wanna blame the clubs when it's usually their policies and poor/inept/corrupt leadership that's the problem and has lead to the spikes in crime in many cities.
Fuck these guys who come to the strip club to fight. This is how we end up losing good clubs and are left with air dances. Fuck fuck fuck. I hope this doesn't bring problems to the club.

This was late night which is supposed to be different from daytime. Ivied. There will always be trouble at “make it rain” clubs. They attract trouble makers who like to show off
boomer79: It's not just at the so called "make it rain" clubs. Just this morning there was another shooting just outside Cheetah in Midtown according to the news. Shootings can happen at any club or bar as long as there is alcohol, money, or drugs regardless of the club type and/or demographics.

I assume they most of these guys that cause trouble don't go w/ the intention of causing trouble in the club; although perhaps some do – I imagine it’s that it doesn’t take much to set these guys off anything from a mere accidental bump to someone taking what they feel “it’s their seat”, etc – also could be they run into someone who’s an enemy or they have a beef w/ from the past and then shit goes down – who knows for sure - for a certain class of people in our society violence is a common thing and kinda a way of life and what they often resort to resolve issues even if they are not big issues.
Here is am update that I obtained yesterday. One group of rappers(entertainers) that was scheduled to work that night met up with a rival group of entertainers outside the front door. An argument broke out and one guy pulled out a gun. The door guy observing what was going on pulled the customers that were waiting into the club and pulled the door closed. The guy that got shot died.
Not my kind of entertainment.
