Huge turn off. I know it's a big turn-on for some guys, but I would guess that for the vast majority of males, millions of years of evolution drives a more protective rather than carnal view of a pregnant woman.
That said, as with most things, women tend to notice details much more than guys do. Chances are, if it looks like a little baby bump to you, we don't even notice it, or just thing she has a little bit of a gunt.

I find that in most clubs, there's at least one girl who specializes in getting guys into the back room SUPER fast... they have an opening-line that trips guys triggers, get their money, totally disappoint the guy, and then just move on to the next one. There's at least two clubs I can think of right now where I watch that girl bring guy after guy to the back, then see them emerge shortly afterwards with him looking completely disappointed or angry, then she just snags the next guy. Of course, sometimes the girls with super aggressive openings *are* the biggest sluts, and they deliver. But I do think you're right in showing a little caution until you figure out which one she is.

I have to admit that I usually prefer less coarse approaches. There's occasional exceptions where something like that totally turns me on, but generally, if she says something that I can imagine a street hooker might say as I'm walking by, it's a mild turn-off.

Cash, out of curiosity, how are you asking for her for dances? "What do you do in the VIP?" Some other way?
For me, things are a bit cut and dry. In a no-extras club, no reason to ask about what she does. In the extras clubs in this area, there's no reason to beat around the bush, I just ask specifically, "do you do blowjobs?" (or whatever I'm after) and she says yes or no.
The point is -- I never ask open-ended questions, and actually think it's a little unfair to her to put all the risk of offering an act of prostitution to a guy she doesn't know. And more importantly, there's no reason NOT to ask for exactly what I want, at least in the extras clubs here where everything is out in the open, no reason to be coy.
So, all this leads to a question: are you guys asking open ended questions about what she does rather than specifically for what you want? And if so, why? Is that the safer route in clubs where extras are underground, or something?

You know, last time I said something like this, I was accused of desperately trying to pretend strippers do different things for different guys, because I "need" to believe this for my own overly-romantic reasons. Which surprised me, I'd never before found someone who didn't know YMMV was true, much less someone who thinks it's romantic. And it's not a guess, it is something I KNOW is true -- I usually SC in a group, and it's a fact that the guy sitting right next to me might get more or less than I did, for the price I paid. It's the guys who "need" to believe the girls are coin-operated automatons who have to ignore what actually goes on.

It IS worth considering the opportunity cost, too, now that Salty mentions it. In this area, the hottest dayshift girl would cream her g-string for a once-a-week $400 regular, and at least at first, would probably ensure you are delighted. If ATF isn't delighting you as much as a new girl would...
