When I was in Honolulu years ago from what I recall they had the six foot rule at strip clubs. So you couldn't get near the ladies on stage and there weren't any true lap dances, they were air dances where even one way (dancer initiated) touching wasn't allowed. So since the ladies couldn't make any real money because of the stupid rules, they instead whored themselves in front of a hotel, the Waikiki Sheraton as I remeber.
