Women love talking about themselves. Since these are strippers who for the most part are attractive, have been told so since childhood, and everyday at the club, I wouldn't jibber jabber about her tits, ass or legs. I'd compliment her on her nails, ask her about them, and such. Although the nails are part of her physical apearance, they're also an indicator of her sense of style.
Women pride themselves on their sense of style. Nails, hair, purses, and shoes are great starting points. You don't need to know about them. Just ask about them.
I'd also bring up music, movies or comedy. When she brings up a singer that sucks, that's your chance to clown around a bit and bring her off her pedestal that most pl's place get on.

In all seriousness, I had 2 things happen in theEl Niño winter of 2007-2008. One was a 2 wave hold down at Black's Beach that almost drowned me. I ain't shit but got mad props on my failed drop. The second was a successful ride on a double-overhead at Redondo Beach Breakwater.

Age has never been a factor when selecting a dancer. I look for certain qualities/traits before other than age before making my selection. If a young dancer happens to have some or most of those traits then she's in.
I will say this about many of the younger generation(15-25), dancer or civie, female or male. I seem to notice way more know-it-all a who ain't done or accomplished shit I their short lives. I also notice a lack of musical appreciation-they only like what's new. When I was 15-25, I listened to what was geared towards my age range and plenty of classic rock, Motown, etc.
I will say this about the younger generation that's positive. There's more tolerance for different folks with different strokes.
