I have some that is a spray but I agree I can't tell if it works sometimes it seems like it does but usually if i am sore enough after a workout I take a couple of aleve too so not sure if it is the CBD or Aleve or both. I do think it does help some with reducing inflammation but it is not like i have taken it and then feel amazing. I have heard some of the topical CBD's work well.

Don't care about the polls they were wrong last time , and will be again. Biden can't even fill a middle school gymnasium for a rally, Trump has people camping out days ahead of time. I didn't vote in the last election because I didn't want to pick the lesser of evils.
