I can see him making a clean sweep of "Loser" awards every year. How about if we come up with a specific award to give him so that others have a chance of winning something.

Any suggestions?

Or, we just name the loser award after him. Like how the NBA trophy is the Larry O'Brian trophy. And the NFL trophy is the Lombardi trophy. He's the perfect person to name the award after.
