Clubs Open AnnouncementsLooks like Baltimore city SCs will be closed for two weeks starting this Friday.

I anticipate surrounding Baltimore County and Anne Arundel County will enact similar measures.
I guess a couple of clubs with temporary outdoor seating may stay open with drinking only.

Necrophilia any one?I can’t help but think that, for the rest of his career, the first police officer on the scene will be forever mercilessly teased over this incident.

Much Improved!@wallanon: I didn’t get a lap on this trip. I sat about 30 feet from the nearest LD, so I couldn’t see whether the dancers used a scarf the the laps or not. At 30 ft I just casually noted that the guys hands were at his side during the LD and the dancer put on her panty after the LD. 18 months ago, my dancer used a scarf durning my LD here.
This is the only place I’ve been where non-extras lap dances are performed nude. But I have to imagine it would be a common practice. Between her comfort and preventing a snail trail, it makes sense to me. I’ve never felt cheated by having the scarf in place. The dancer’s enthusiasm and technique are far more important to a LD than the absence of a single layer of thin polyester.

Clubs Open AnnouncementsDue to some of the interest in the status of the clubs in Baltimore, I decided to take a drive for the team. I plotted a “great circle” route so that I could drive past almost all of the clubs on this Friday night and ascertain the current status of the clubs.
Millstream: Skipped since its on the western edge and already has post-shutdown reviews/reports.
Goddess: Vestibule door open and lights on. Presumed open.
Hustler: Fully lit with current messages on the marquee; obviously open.
Norma Jean’s: “Mask Required” posted on door. Presumed open.
Indulge: No obvious sign of life. But since it’s only a doorway to basement stairs, it’s hard to tell. Status uncertain.
Other “Block“ Clubs: Wasn’t able to conduct a true census. Signs were lit and there were many barkers, dancers and custies on the sidewalk. So most, if not all, are open. Note: There is a heavier police than usual uniformed police presence on the Block and Baltimore Street between Gay St. and President St. is barricaded & guarded by police. Not sure why. Perhaps due to previous BLM protests in the area a few weeks ago? IDK.
Penthouse: Lit and several security guys out front. Presumed open.
Ritz: Doorway arch was lit and they had the red velvet ropes on the sidewalk. Presumed open.
Desire: Vestibule doors open and lit. Presumed open.
Tony’s: Lit and cars in parking lot. Also stopped in last week for a drink. Open.
Haven Place: Re-Opening this Saturday night.
Club Adore: No sign of life. But I also tried to stop by several times during the six months prior to the COVID shutdown but it wasn’t open. I’ll give it another month or so before giving it the ten-count and submitting an update to Founder. Presumed closed.
Gentlemen’s Gold Club: Clearly open. Addl info on their website.
Players Club: Lit, cars in lot and saw guys walk in and out. Clearly open.
Excape: Stopped in for a brief drink. Open.
Christina’s: Open. See my review from several weeks ago.
McDougal’s: Open. Stopped in for a while.
Fantasies: Lit and many cars in the parking lot. Dancers & custies smoking outside front door. Clearly open.

Papi_ChuloMiami, FL (or the nearest big-booty club)
Coronavirus antibodies may last only two to three months after infection, studyAgreed medical science still has much to learn about this virus. So predictions are subject to change. But like influenza, I’m thinking a COVID-19 vaccine might become an annual event administered in the autumn to help mitigate the impact during the peak winter season. I highly doubt any vaccine will be ready for autumn 2020, but autumn 2021 may be possible.

Hank MoodyI'm fine. I'm disgusted with my life and myself, but I'm not unhappy about that.
Bars in MD can open at 5p Friday June 12Good question Wallanon. Personally I’m not going to risk going into those narrow SCs. Not that I was ever too interested in the Block clubs anyway.
I’ll be a wimp and stick to the mid-size and larger clubs in the Baltimore region.

Christina’s Has Reopened, To Some ExtentUpdate: One week later, Christina’s is now operating normally inside. They removed a couple of tables at one end of the main room and installed a temporary air handling/filtering unit with ceiling ducting extending along both long sides of the stage. I did notice airflow, so that should help keep things healthier. The temporary fencing and tables in the parking are still in place although the outdoor stage poll has been disassembled.

Shower Shows 🚿🧽There’s a shower at Gentlemen’s Gold Club in Baltimore. It’s located in the original (smaller) main room. It’s up on the second floor, but viewable from the main level.
On Friday nights (pre-COVID19), the larger main room has the young ladies on stage (for the likes of most of us) while the separate, original, smaller main room has guys on stage for bored housewives having a girls-night-out. One of the lady dancers told me that the lady customers ‘vote’ for the guy dancer who gets to take a shower at the end of the night. (Never saw it personally; completely uninterested.)

Scary new projection models for Covid but no talk of continuing shutdownFrom the beginning, most responsible medical and governmental leaders have been predicting (once we get past the initial surge) a series of localized tightening and loosening measures as various localities experience spikes and reductions in cases.
And yes, the models will continue to produce updated numbers as we learn more about the virus and the level to which the general public various disease control measures.
