The area is definitely no longer a "combat zone," but you will have the random acts of violence pretty much anywhere. They are building a high-rise condo apartment complex adjacent to the two clubs lol. The area isn't too shady. Situated between Chinatown and Theater district. So apparently the assailant was actually a club employee. I've driven by this club so many times but have never been inside. It just seems like such a shady joint from the outside. I went to a club in Atlanta about month ago with a really ghetto and thuggish vibe. Haven't had a chance to write a review for it yet, but the place was really smoky and there was no denying the smell of weed in the air.

I prefer going to nude clubs if given the option. I like to see it all. Most of the places in Massachusetts are actually fully nude AND serve alcohol. Only thing is lap dances are pretty much little to no contact. In fact, I was bit thrown off when I first visited a topless only club out of state since I was so accustomed to fully nude.

Funny. I just visited Rick's Cabaret this past Thursday.

Yep, I saw little cards on the tables advertising this promotion when I visited the Admiral Theatre last week. A dancer was also telling me about the pillow fighting stuff they were doing. I will post a review of my visit soon, so be on the lookout if interested.
