This is accurate. I was there recently and that is right on target. 400 for 15min, 700 for 30, 1300 for an hour. Ridiculous prices.

Scrub, a lot of places have security with guns, it's just usually more discrete. The area felt safe with lots of tourists and clubs and a police presence, but it is PR. That ain't Mayberry.

I'd guess C for a year or 2. After that, it will depend on whether there is the political will to increase domestic energy production and dump the green pipe dream. If we open up production and become a net energy exporter again, that will ease inflationary pressure and bring in trade currency. Couple that with significant homeshoring of manufacturing and things will be better. I don't know if the political will to do so exists. If not, think a rerun of the 70s

Was at one a few months ago. Saturday night started around 11. 5 girls. They were all in their 20s. Bar gives them the t-shirt but they wear their own pants. 3 rounds, each time splashing a bit more water and generally flashing by the end. It was fun, but nothing more.

I speak fluent Spanish and from my experience, every Cubana had the right accent and knew the geography. I've been to Cuba and know the area. I think the dynamic is like Korean grocers and Vietnamese nail salons. It's word of mouth through friend and family networks.

The other option is to arrive early. I got there around 10 on a Friday not realizing it was an after hours club. Got a 15 min vip for 100 with a cute (6-7) dancer and didn't pay the vip entry fee since no one was there. Cheapest vip I've ever done.

Sounds like Howard Zinn. Yes that was somewhat true pre-contact, but disease destroyed most NA societies before there was much european contact. Estimates range from 30 to 90% disease deaths, mostly due to smallpox.
However, there is limited evidence of large groups thatwould ha e evolved I toempires etc. In north America. Aztec and Inca are another story. Perhaps the mound builders in Missouri or the conferderations in the south and northeast may have. As far as social structures even the Aztecs were centuries behind Europe Asia, India etc. Same with technology. What happened was the same story we've always seen. A more technologically advanced society came and took over. The biggest difference is that eventually the US felt bad about itwhile there were still recognizable political and familial groups still around. Most conquered groups didn't. Celts, Iranian Zoastrians and Basques are exceptions.
It's not pretty, but it wasn't any different from anywhere else. Other than for members of the tribes and those who seek political advantages I don't see the value in pointing out the historical conqueres acted like conqueres

No matter what, a certain percentage of users will get addicted. A percentage of that group will have significant damage that cannot be reversed. It seems like current drugs are significantly more potent than a generation ago at the same time we as a society have become more accepting. A lot of big cities have areas that are no go zones due to the amount of druggies who are completely beyond help.
