"what?" was my immediate reaction. is this something that was made up, or is it actually one of those laws that actually exists that the majority of the people are not aware of? don't you have to be charged, and eventually convicted, and served some prison time before getting pardoned? so if a high leveled gov't official is rumored to say be, for example an executioner, that person will not face consequences if the weapon(s) are found with prints all over? or hell even video footage of an actual execution? someone help me make sense of this shit. so let's see how trump does with this test. his reactions will more than indicate whether or not he's full of shit or not regarding overall well being of the american people.
