EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — Evansville authorities say they arrested one man on several different charges Thursday after a report of a disturbing incident at a local bar.
Officers say they were called to the Break Time Bar and Grill to take a report from a woman, who said that 43-year-old Brian Kennebeck had ejaculated on her.
The victim told police they had seen Kennebeck sitting at the bar, and that he came up behind her and committed the act as she stood up to speak to someone.
Police say they spoke with the owner of the bar, who showed them video footage. In the video, EPD says a man can be sitting at the bar, exposing and touching himself.
As the video continues, police say they could see the man get up at the same time as the victim, and that he appeared to rub his genitalia on them.
Records show a warrant was issued for Kennebeck's arrest, and he was taken into custody on Thursday.
Kennebeck is charged with public indecency/public nudity, and battery by bodily waste.
Time and place....time and place.
At a strip club, it's just another day at the office. At a regular bar, though....a bit of an issue.
