I used to be a lot looser about buying drinks then I noticed their tendency to order something expensive. Then twice I had them order a beer in addition to their liquor drink which I later realized they were spitting the liquor into.

It's a sad situation all around. Women shouldn't be sexually harassed and it really does happen far too often. That said, the fact that mere allegations are costing people their jobs and reputations without even an attempt at an investigation is shocking. Last week a female co-worker came into a conference room I was sitting in alone and closed the door, without even thinking I told her I'd prefer it was left open. I really don't think I would have done that a year ago and she's not even a subordinate.

IME it's what Bj99 said. Many of these women have a great week or a great couple of days and then opt to just not work for x amount of time. Pulling down $500 a shift is great, but if you only work 8 or 9 days a month it only goes so far.
