I guess Nina glossed over what I wrote because I said nothing about decriminalization. I simply addressed the ludicrous notion that we're frequently locking up addicts in prison for simple possession. The numbers don't lie.
For the record I think 80% is wonderful but as you noted that's about needles: having them legally available for purchase and allowing for regular and permanent exchanges, not decriminalization.

I love people who confronted with facts and figures start tossing out personal anecdotes like that's better evidence than the actual numbers.

Yes, a little under half of federal prisoners are in there for drug charges. BUT, of those the vast majority (over 95%) are in for trafficking and manufacturing. Again, very few people go to jail simply for possession.
At the state level the percentage of people in for any drug charge is significantly lower, I want to say around 15%.

Putting pot, alcohol and tobacco in even remotely close neighborhoods to heroin, meth or crack is simply ridiculous.
Very few people actually go to prison for possession. The ones that do either plead down from more serious drug charges or have extensive criminal histories. Would I like to see Joe the Crack Addict in treatment vs prison? Of course I would, but that changes when Joe robs somebody with a knife so he can go buy more drugs.

Papi hit the nail on the head. There has to be some kind of cutoff. As a society we've essentially gone with 18.
That said I think we can agree that it's a arbitrary number. I've met 17 year old's who absolutely acted like adults and I've also met 35 year old's who acted like children.

I think it's very possible she's full of shit but given the fact that our current president has spent a career doing exactly what she's doing, I'm not sure I care.

$250, which included the room/drinks and a nicetip to the waitress. It was a good blowjob but probably not that good.

There was some moron on here years ago who was convinced he'd come up with a brilliant end run around prostitution laws by "just say your making porn". He was convinced this was full proof.

I sort of doubt "upper end professionals" would be happy in the kind of accommodations you're talking about.
But this is really no different than any other guided vacation. Some people want/need it, others are fine experiencing it on their own. I've traveled both ways, either one can suck but I prefer to to do it on my own.

Palomino or Rhino.
I think Bacchanal is better than Wicked Spoon but the price is ridiculous, better off going to a restaurant.

Sapphire during the day has some potential but nothing has replaced OG.
In the casino all you need to do is make eye contact, if you do that you'll know if she's working. If she won't make eye contact, definitely not a pro.

Donald has a definite size advantage and is a bit younger. Donald ducked the war with bone spurs and Joe did it with Asthma. They were both athletes in their youth but I can't see either of them ever being in too many brawls.
I give a slight edge to Biden but I think we can all agree two septuagenarians fighting would probably not be all that exciting or really very decisive.

I didn't like Virginia to win it, when Hunter got hurt I went with Arizona to take the South. Gotta love March Madness!

Arizona, Villanova, Michigan State, UNC. With Arizona taking on Nova in the final.
I had Virginia taking the South and wasn't super confident about that, with Hunter out I went with Arizona.

My cigars aren't cheap and if I'm allowed to smoke one and want too then I will. I try to be considerate about it. But when some asshole plops down near me and bitches about my already lit cigar I have no qualms about blowing as much smoke as I possibly can in their direction. I'd much rather smell a good cigar than cigarettes or weed, though some of the vapes do smell okay.

Obviously they didn't handle it correctly but I still maintain they were in a tough spot if that's what went down.

I concur with the idea she thought you spiked her drink. Perhaps the other PL even suggested it trying to score points. In all honesty if that's actually what happened I'd say the bouncers are in sort of a tough spot.
