“Respect the wishes of the people who live there to make their choice. Rooting for one of America’s great cities to fail is some divisive bullshit.”
Oh the irony. I’m no fan of Trump, but that’s exactly what the left did during 4 years Trump

If we change the question to who do you want to win one game for you the answer changes. Not having to worry about recruiting or player management, just pure in game coaching.
NCAA Basketball - Bob Knight
Baseball - Tony LaRussa
NFL - Sean Payton
Hockey - Herb Brooks
NBA - Phil Jackson
College Football - Nick Saban

I do not know this club but 29 dancers seems like a lot for many clubs - especially day shift

The real dumb ones are the guys that get injured during the celebration. Mets pitcher Edwin Diaz tore a tendon in the recent WBC and will miss the season. He’s the most recent but far from alone. There’s been at least a couple dozen injuries. One of the famous ones was the field goal kicker who missed the rest of the season when he jumped in the air after a game winner

Malcolm Little was a thug criminal who advocated racism and violence.
Quoting him on a strip club board only shows how truly a piece of shit you are

If you believe Brian Dutcher had no involvement or knowledge of the money laundering / player payouts while at Michigan, I’ve got some Florida swampland for sale for you

I was rooting hard for FAU to win. I didn’t expect Miami to beat UCONN so I didn’t want to see a UCONN - San Diego St final. I’ve always hated UConn back to the Jim Calhoun days and Brian Dutcher the coach at SDS was part of Steve Fisher - Fab Five - Ed “Big Money” Martin cheating scandal. He’s a weasel.

Yeah, it has to be the site changed. I use an iPhone not a pad, and I haven’t upgraded to the new IOS version but beginning a couple of weeks ago when I get on I have to pinch and zoom out or the screen is not centered. Still the margins are cut off now.

Jimmy Mac,
Generally I stay away from gun control arguments. I’ve never owned a gun - I doubt I will ever own a gun. So it doesn’t affect me personally. So I would not really be opposed tighter requirements.
However, it does seem to be the opinion of those on the far left (in my own family no
Less) that the knee jerk reaction is too automatically say “let’s gif if the runs”
But history shows that’s just not going to work.

I saw an article that said the LGBTQ+ community does not want the shooter’s manifesto released
Wonder why? I thought the entire mindset of the community was to be open about one’s feelings

On a side note, all accounts indicate the police response was decisive and courageous.
Thank God the BLM defund the police movement hasn’t demoralized the entire police force of the nation

One thing is perfectly clear from posts on Facebook and in this thread. There is very clear difference of opinion between liberals and conservatives.
The left blames the gun
The right blames the person
When are Americans going to start to understand who the real enemy is?
It isn't the car when people are killed by a vehicle driven by some deranged person running into a bunch of people.
It isn't the fertilizer when some right wing militia nut decides to make a bomb and blow up a bunch of innocent people.
So why is it that anytime someone uses a gun to hurt or kill other people the first thing out of the mouths of liberals is gun control.
The bad guys will always find ways to hurt and kill innocent people

Shortly after WW II the US and the British devised a secret plan to nuke the Middle Eastern oilfields to keep them out of the hands if the Soviet’s if they ever invaded. CIA operatives were planted in ARAMCO and BP.
If you’re into alt-history sci-fi, it would be interesting to speculate the course of history if the US and Brits had turned the sands of the Middle East into glass

I was in a McDonald’s in Chicago (in the city not the suburbs) and a similar situation. This homeless looking black guy, who also could have been mentally disturbed, walked in and began shouting racial slurs and threats towards white people. Not really anyone specific - just in general.
Me, being a big pussy, gobbled up the rest of my cheeseburger and got the hell out of there. I keep thinking though - why doesn’t videos like this make CNN and MSNBC?

Of all things, I have to agree CJ K and desertscrub. Need a photo.
We all have personal theories of what’s a nine plus, but “110 ten pound soaking wet” seems awfully thin.
Famous IG gymnast Olivia Dunne is tiny and she’s still 119 pounds. And although very cute, she’s not a 9.
Looking up weights of women that could qualify as a 9.5, I’d say 125-130 minimum to have enough curves

Sorry for being slightly off topic. But oh has the world changed. The attack on Pearl Harbor deeply affected the US. My dad joined the US Navy at 17 and was deployed in the Pacific.
Hell, today you can’t even get a 17 year old kid to apply for a job a Subway

I was first an NBA fan when the NBA was on Sunday afternoons. The Knicks with Reed & Frazier and the Celtics and Milwaukee Bucks (Lew Alcindor days) and Lakers seem like the only teams that were on.
I became a college basketball fan in the later part of the 70’s and now it’s been years since I watched an NBA game
