    First VIP visit
I've only had 1 bad experience in the VIP room. I'm betting that as you recount the experience in your mind, you'll say to yourself "I should have (blank)". Remember those sorts of things the next time. You have to be as up front as possible. In general in a club, if you see an attractive girl, make it obvious you want to talk to her. Once you talk to her for a bit, buy her a drink. After the drink, see if she's your style & speed. If she is, ask her what the deal is (assuming you've got the $$). If she quotes you out of your price range, make a meaningful counter-offer. Eventually, you'll figure out what "what you're looking for" looks like. Good luck!

    Strip Club "dos" and "don'ts"
Do: Try talking to her like she's a regular girl you met at a bar (except you really know you'll see some T&A!) Don't: Be intimidated.

Things You'll Never Hear a Stripper Say
"There's not enough money in the world to make me do that." "Well, you know what Nietzsche said about that..."

What is the best smelling stripper in a strip club?
I remember going to a club and a girl spraying some kind of perfume on. I asked her what it was and she told me. A few days later, a girl in my office smelled like it, she told me what it was and it was the same perfume! I almost blurted out, "Hey, I know a stripper who wears that!" but I caught myself. Didn't think that'd be appropriate. ;0

Is it that unusual to make a stripper laugh?
I remember telling a girl something and she laughed so hard a little bit of her drink shot out her nose. I thought that probably wasn't something that she planned on, so it made me feel good.

Last time you got a bad lap dance...
The last time I got a bad dance was with this girl who I LOVE and she WOULDN'T GIVE ME HER CELL PHONE #!!! Just kidding...I love reading RL's posts... Generally, I don't really like the move where they just bend over a stool and move their ass between my legs. Granted, it does have it's moments, but it's a poor move in my opinion. I guess I've been fortunate not to have too many bad dances 1) because I try to have my expectations straight beforehand and 2) I ask for what I want. How does the saying go, a bad day at a strip club is better than a good day at work?

bias, TUSCL readers and strip club customers.
I went to a club I haven't frequented for a while, but really enjoy. I was talking to a girl and I told her what I did for a living. The bartender said, "man, we don't get many smart people like you in here." This kind of supports what I hear from the dancers, that I'm an atypical customer. I get the impression that the typical TUSCL poster is a generally professional person and understands how to behave in a club.

How long do you wait before asking a stripper for her phone number?
I wait about 20 years before I ask a stripper out... Seriously, strippers generally do NOT make good girlfriends.

Men who would let a stripper who is IRRESPONSIBLE and WASTEFUL WITH MONEY move
From Good Fellas "Tommy, why can't you find a nice girl like Henry did?" (Joe Pesci) "What are ya' talkin' about ma'...I find a good one almost every night!" Definitely one of my favorite lines EVER!

    Clubbing in the Northeast
I'm new here on the board and still working my way around some of the clubs here in Baltimore. I've only been to three or four, but I've enjoyed each of them. One day I'd like to go for a drive up I-95 to Philadelphia and New York to see the differences, but that kind of sounds like a LOT of money!

If a stripper REFUSES to spend time with you for FREE, what does that tell you?
If a stripper refuses to spend time with me for free, that tells me that she's got her priorities straight for the most part. This is all a business, she's there to make money. She can go to some other guy who'll do the exact same things you'd do, but he'll pay her to do it whereas you won't. Think about it in your job...would you want to do your work for someone for free or for money? I truly enjoy working with the people I work with, but I RARELY do it pro bono.

    Good times in bad clubs.
I've had good times in some bad clubs too. I think that the point of the review is to give a little feedback on the club. If the club "sucks" but there's one good girl who works there, that counts. If a club sucks and there's 15 good girls who work there, that counts more. I guess the point is, if you have a good time there and others reading the review could reasonably expect to have a good time too, I wouldn't call it a bad club.

What do you think of strippers who tell a FAKE "REAL NAME"
I think that it probably means that she doesn't want to tell me her real name. But I could be wrong...
