Gulf Coast. I’m not your boss.
"I wonder, are some of these girls are on a path that could end up at a strip club? Or is this just a better paying waitress gig for young girls who don’t struggle with body image?"
Returning to this question I've spent more hours than I care to admit at these places. I had a Tilted Kilt 10 minutes from my house for years. I've gone to multiple Twin Peaks and Hooters in Vegas, Florida, Texas and the Carolinas. I've actually encountered more ex-strippers and strippers looking for a more vanilla job than girls graduating TO strip clubs.

@chuck10 the $340 was with a credit card? I thought it was $305 cash.

My understanding is this is one of the only Vegas strip clubs that has the bar top video poker machines. Helps to keep the doors open.

Been a D's customer for $25+ years. This is a work of fiction. Among other things, upstairs room is $300 per half hour.

Good point on the deep pockets. It's a selection criteria for me. I don't need my cell phone or singles sliding out of my pocket.
If you haven't had a girl reach into your pants yet, you're clubbing in the wrong clubs or haven't been at it long enough.

Funonthasides explanation seems spot on. I've yet to have my ID scanned. One of the reasons I haven't gone to Platinum Plus in Allentown since their policy change of scanning IDs.

I popped in today and the club was the typical Cheerleaders bright. The hallway to the mens room and the men's room itself were an entirely different story. Walking in from a sunny afternoon it was like a dim blue cave.

Maybe it depends on the manager or DJ on duty. OP should mention it to staff next time, although you'd think the dancers would be aware of the unflattering lighting.

Do they not have the white board with the dancer names at the cashier? Why pay $15 and walk in?

Don't understand the flat front though. Pleated allows more elbow room for junior. And the dancer's hand.

The Haggar Cool 18 are in my tool bag. Use them often.
Shorts when applicable. The expandable waist band allows the dancer reach in access top side and up the pant leg.

It's definitely still a thing in some areas. In the Philadelphia area Cheerleaders and Club Risque typically have a feature dancer every other weekend. In the case of Cheerleaders Friday and Saturday night. Club Risque has 4 locations so the feature club hops Wednesday through Saturday.
I lost my fascination with feature dancers many years ago.

Thanks for the clarification Maverickli. It's been a number of years since I've been here. At that time there wasn't a house fee.

I thought others reported there was an entry fee to the lap dance area?

I just bring my fully loaded (so to speak) wallet. I use cash in the club. As has been mentioned I'll swing by an ATM. Tend to go to the same places so know what to budget. If I strike lightning twice but don't have enough money for the 2nd opportunity, it wasn't meant to be.
Some girls I have an arrangement where I PayPal or Venmo the gratuity after the encounter.
Never lost my wallet in a club. Misplaced my cellphone a couple of times but found it pretty quickly.
Never used my debit card in a club. Used a credit card to run a bar tab several times when I knew I'd be hanging with a girl who likes to get her drink on. These were with bartenders I've known for years, no issues. As mentioned though I've sometimes had more of a delay than I like to close out the tab.
Everyone rolls a little differently.

Just trying to capture the spirit of the thing...
That's crazy. Not even door girls, waitresses, security, etc.
For whatever reason many of my "keepers" have been 20. Mature beyond their years.

spend too much on dancers 🤯
I prep my wallet with currency but other than that no changes. Credit cards and ATM card stay in it. Have never used the ATM card in a club. Use a credit card occasionally if running a drink tab.
Mostly 20s, with some 5s and 10s. One or two hundreds but folded in half to make them distinct and placed in another section in the wallet. Ones go in my front pocket with my cell phone. I have dropped some, but they are ones after all.

Too much of a good thing is never enough
I'm fine with the wider scope. While I've technically never been to a brothel or massage parlor I've partaken in similar services. Independent escorts and massage girls. As well as providers and UTR girls I've encountered in clubs.
It's all good.
