My Experience

came here for my bday on 6/15and it was absolutely AMAZING! My party and I had a great time. There was a misunderstanding at the door but Brian and Zoey handled everything and made sure we had a great time. My sister had a little too much to drink and laid out on the bathroom. The females in our party couldn’t get her up because she was too heavy. I asked my older brother to come pick her up and take her out of the bathroom. I understand that was poor judgement on my part and I should have asked security but I was also under the influence and wanted to get my sister off the floor as quick as possible. To make a long story short my brother and female security exchanged a few words due to him being in the bathroom. I de escalated as much as I could and make security helped my sister out of the bathroom. As we were walking to our car a man that didn’t seem to work at the club started arguing with my brother on the female security’s behalf. Now while I take full accountability for where we went wrong in the situation to my knowledge my brother was only rude to the female. He didn’t threaten her or call her out of her name so to call a 3rd party to get involved with a rude paying customer was a bit much. Honestly i was terrified not knowing if any of us were gonna get shot. When I tried pleading with the man he kept yelling at me to mind my business. This should be unacceptable! No employee should be able to call people up for customers because they are being rude. No threats were made (on our end) and no one was called out of their name. My brother was rude out of frustration due to my sister being drunk and not able to get up. This is a situation that should not be taken lightly. Now other than that everyone else was amazing and thank you to the male security who helped me with my sister and was professional and patient
