One time I mentioned to a girl that I came by because her name was on the role call. She was incredulous. She had an agreement with management to NOT be on the list, due to an asshole ex.

The link to the review guidelines is in blue caps. Everything else on the review submittal form is white, normal text. It seemingly stands out. Could perhaps put the link text in a bigger font.
I tend to agree with others. The newbies don't bother reading the guidelines, just answer (some of) the drop downs and leave one sentence as if it was Yelp.

It's something I take into consideration. While other times of the year I will pop into a club on Sunday occasionally, not during NFL season.
Saturdays if there's a compelling matchup, I'll also refrain from clubbing if there's a conflict.

I've had spur of the moment offers in Vegas, Tampa and NJ clubs. Want me to come to your room after work. One time in Vegas it was a duo. No thanks. Too much risk of getting ripped off or rolled.
I've had successful, long term OTC setups. Some for 5 and even 15+ years. In all cases they are with girls I've had many ITC experiences. Sometimes for years. And in almost all cases I've brought the OTC subject up first. Cut out the middleman, less time pressure, no house fee, more comfortable etc. I've never felt unsafe. All sessions were a hotel room of my choosing.

Returning to this question I've spent more hours than I care to admit at these places. I had a Tilted Kilt 10 minutes from my house for years. I've gone to multiple Twin Peaks and Hooters in Vegas, Florida, Texas and the Carolinas. I've actually encountered more ex-strippers and strippers looking for a more vanilla job than girls graduating TO strip clubs.
