I watched that also, and I you guys recall it was when she was a feature, not a standard house girl. You guys also have to remember that she was a house girl in the "glory days" of dancing. I remember when I used to make $1500 a night easy, but I was a stupid kid then too and blew it all on stupid stuff. Now that she's back on the feature circut, she does make 10k per booking at a club, plus all the promo stuff and tips. But i don't think that I could do that stuff that she does do on stage for any amount of cash.

1111 all I can say is WTF?! Are you serious? If so I have lost all respect for you and nothing you could potentially do would change my mind again. I will repeat this yet again! STRIP CLUBS are not the place to find hookers! We are dancers, there for your visual stimulation. I can honestly say this, if you ever came into my club and asked me to have sex with you for money, I would tell you no, and report you to the mgmt. and the police. Hope you get your butt stuck in jail for a little while too.

I think the very furthest I have traveled for a SC is from the midwest (Indiana) to Oceanside, Cali. I worked there for about 2 weeks on my 2 month vacation. I also stopped an worked in Denver, Vegas, and Dallas. But that's about as far as I have been for now. I am planning a trip to work in Toyko soon (next year sometime).

RL, I don't know who you are or how long you have been around the SC biz, but I have personally been dancing for over 10yrs. I only know 5 or 6 girls who meet their SO in the club they work at.
Where you got your info or who you got it from, is mistaken. And I have worked from coast to coast.

I as a dancer go to this site to get a better insite of the clubs I might decide to work at in the future. And to get a better understanding of what makes the average customer "tick".
I liken my browsing of this site to a Wall Street worker reviewing the Journal to brush up on business.

I am not contemptuous of escorts at all. I feel that there is plenty of room in the industry for everyone.
The problem I run into is when there are "cross-overs" turning small tricks in the VIP room of the club we both work in. Why can't they take it outside of the club?
I wouldn't mind even working with an escort as long as she kept the actual "workings" outside of the bar. She can meet her "johns" there, I don't even mind that as much.
But when I am giving a med/high contact dance and the girl next to me is giving a bj, then it's puts me in a situation I don't wanna be in.

Sounds like he was drunk. That happened to me once last summer after a bier stube.
Good thing I had my cell and my gun. I pulled over at the weigh station between work and my house; the car behind me pulled over too. I had already called the cops and told them what was going on. They got out of the car and started walking towards my car. I got out of the car and (I know I know Bad move but...)pointed the gun at them and told them I would blow their f**kin head into bits if they got closer. LOL long story short, it was a drunk chick who lost her friends. She thought I was the people she was supposta be following home.
I actually asked her for her address and let her follow me back to her place. I feel really bad now, but at the time...whew!

Yes we usually do get to set our own schedules.
I usually work 3 nights and 2 days a week. Most clubs that have a day and night shift you will sell what you guys are talking about.
I don't know about evey club out there; but all the ones I have worked at the girl gets to make her own hours within reason.

What I'm tryingto figure out is how in the hell are these girls (white or black) making a living on $2 and $5 DANCES?!
Sorry but I don't do dances for anything less than $30 per song. Unless of course is a day shift and then they are 2 for $30.
I don't really get the fact that the black girls are selling themselves short. Do they feel like they are worth less or something?

Nope, not me. I am of the mindset that friends are forever, BF's can come and go.

Kyle, that really sucks man. But honestly I think these girls need to go somewhere else then and work. Somewhere where their valuse with be more aprecieated. Take for example, where I work dances are $30 each song. No matter what color you are. Or race, or religion. And one of our top girls is black, another is korean.
I'm just saying if they are doing dances for anything less than $10 (and that's stretching it IMO), then they are selling them selves short.

RL, READ THIS CAREFULLY!!! Get over it already! Just because you got hurt oe burned or whatever you wanna call it by a dancer, doesn't mean we are all like that.
In a SC the "relationship" is mutual. If a guy wants to give me money for a dance that's his business, and he does so willingly, if I want to give a custy a dacne that's my business and I do so freely.
I don't routinely "see" custys outside of work just for the fact most of them want WAY more than I am willing to give. Added to the fact I am married happily (and no he's not some "CRAZY EX FELON", he's an English Professor.), and I wouldn't want to have any other "relationshop" with said custys except for in work.
I think you need to get all of this "pain and suffering" off your mind. If you hate dancers so much, why "torture" yourself, and the rest of us by continueing to be on this site, and to vist SC's? Why not go to a shrink, and take pills?
