Not sure why this is call "Nude strip club". All the dancers I saw left their pants on, even for the lap and bed dances.

I agree with Dudester. But I also think that a lot of the customers are not that discriminating. Many are addicts (like I probably am) and keep patronizing the same places over and over not matter what the conditions are.
I've always thought that if I ran a strip joint I would treat the dancers better than most owners do. You know: not charging them to work in my club, taking a smaller percentage of their take, not putting quotas on the number of dances or drinks they solicit... I could go on and on. My logic being that happy employees make for happy customers which makes for better business and more profits. However, it's easy to say that. Much harder to put into practice I'd bet. Many of the women who go into stripping have personalities that will take advantage of others as far as possible.
But I'd definitely check out tuscl for market research. What a great way to see where one could improve service!

Nothing in the city is worth a visit. Suburbs have a few lame possibilities:
Industrial Strip in Hammond, IN: full-nude contact lap dances but no alcohol
Club O in Harvey
Club 390 in Chicago Heights
There may be others I've not visited. I haven't been to Arnie's or Jimmie's but the reviews look decent.

I know of only two clubs worth visiting in the O'Hare area but neither are great: All Star's Gentlemens Club in Northlake (don't ask me why the apostrophes are where they are) and Heavenly Bodies in Elk Grove Village. They're both listed on tuscl.
All Stars is a typical club with topless women dancing on stage and booths for private dances. YMMV but I've gotten some decent lap dances with good 2-way contact but they aren't cheap. It's been a while since I've been there but I think the private dances were $30 a pop. There used to be no cover charge in the afternoon but their hours have changed since I was last there so I don't have any reliable info on that. Oops. Heavenly Bodies (http://www.heavenlybodieschicago.com/) is an industrial/warehouse looking place with girls dancing on stage in bikinis. There are inexpensive lap dances available. Used to be $15 for "topless" or $10 bikini. Now the website says 2 for $25 and doesn't specify any clothing options. "Topless" here means that they just pull their bras aside to expose their titties. No touching by the customer, except maybe around her waist, is allowed. The dances are in the VIP room which is a large room with chairs lined up along the walls. Not much privacy. Grind is usually pretty good though. Obviously, lots of down side to this place. Up side? Pretty decent food for free and cheap beer plus decent grind.
You'd be much better off, if you have the time and transportation, to travel down across the state line to Hammond, IN. Industrial Strip (http://www.industrialstrip.com/) is a no-alcohol place with pretty lame stage shows. The attractions here are the fully-nude, full 2-way contact (except the kitty) private dances. 3 dances for $60 and they are worth it. Very private booths and usually some very attractive women.

I wasted more time on the internet and now I feel a little sorry about making fun of Brooklyn. I found that Brooklyn (formerly know as Lovejoy) was the first town in this country founded by African Americans. The decline is sad. I read this on Wikipedia: "The village .... has struggled with loss of jobs, persistent crime, and a limited economy and tax base. A cluster of bars and strip clubs provide a primary source of revenue in its limited economy. In June 2007, it was reported that three-quarters of Brooklyn's revenue of $380,000 comes through sales tax and a $30,000 licensing fee from the adult clubs." Only 676 people live in Brooklyn. At least us tusclers are helping to support a struggling town.

LeeH, That's what TUSCL is for. Usually you can get some idea what kind of mileage you can look forward to by reading the reviews. I know the caveat is YMMV but usually you can get a rough idea what a place is like before you shell out too much money. So to some extent you are rolling the dice, but that's almost always true when you go to a new club. hl

I don't understand your logic. Yes, drink revenue will increase with more customers but won't dance revenue increase as well? I think steve229 has a valid point. Whether the club charges a daily fee to the dancer or gets a cut of each dance, it looks to me like the club stands to gain with more dancers and dances. The dancers are the ones dealing directly with the customers so they know when the money's there. If there's over twice as many dancers in the club when the price is low, chances are that's when business is good.
What's the cost of higher traffic? A couple more bartenders and bouncers? Should be more than offset by the increased revenue.
I don't think it takes a genius to run a strip club but a smart owner will do a lot better than a dumb one. I've seen some poorly run clubs and some of them don't make it.

My feedback for robofan:
I like robofan's idea but I would reduce the number of categories and eliminate the illegal activities. As founder pointed out, no sense in making it too easy for LE. And arbeeguy is right about charm of SCs being the unknown factor. I've not experienced any extras ITC and only once OTC but I imagine it to differ so much from dancer to dancer and time to time that those mileage ratings for illegal activities would not be very reliable. (YMMV)
One of the things I'd like to learn from a review is what kind of touching is available during a LD. Full two-way? Ass, back and thighs? No breasts or ass? One-way only? No groin contact(just leg on leg or chest)? Air? This could probably be outlined in about 5 categories. Even this would vary but might be a little more reliable and give an indication what kind of club it is.

New since when? There have been a lot of gradual changes over time, most I like. I haven't noticed a major change in format in the last few months. I agree with "how". Founder is responsive to thoughtful criticism but he needs specifics.
One thing I'm curious about. I just recently noticed the change from tucsl.com to tuscl.net. It's very smooth. If you go to tuscl.com you are automatically rerouted to tuscl.net so quickly you might not even notice. I'm just curious why Founder made the change.

I disagree with robofan. I would not like to see tuscl go to an all-pay site. The main reason is probably because I'm a cheapskate and like my free membership. But I also think there'd be a lot fewer reviews which would lower the quality of the site overall. Yes, there are some bogus reviews and I'm sure some guys write them just to get the free membership. But the free membership is a great incentive to get people to write reviews. I like the tuscl model and think it has worked well for years. No review is going to be perfect for you. Everyone has different likes and dislikes and there are different purposes for going to a strip club. Some guys just like to look, others like LDs and some are looking for extras. sygsyg has a very good strategy and that is one of the great features of tuscl: you can click on the member's link and find out a lot about him/her.
I have never reviewed a club without visiting (except in one case where I submitted a review for a club with a similar name in a different city without realizing it until later). That's not because I'm righteous and honest. It's because I like the tuscl model and don't want to taint it.

Okay, yeah. I remember a girl by the name of Raven in a club in Eclipse in Sunrise Beach, MO (I had to do a tuscl search to remember the name and location). They had "bed dances" there back in the early 90's--upstairs on a balcony, fairly private. Raven got on top of me and dry-fucked me good. I don't remember than many dancers names so you know she was something to remember.
I also remember a black chick at Industrial Strip (Hammond, IN) many years ago, I think her name was Delilah, who gave an unbelievable lap dance. I swear to God it seemed like she was in love with me. Of course that's a fantasy but that's what this is all about!
I never saw either of these two girls again but they've stuck in my memory.

I still remember my very first lap dance--a cute young blond thing in a extinct strip club in Washington Park, IL. As soon as my lips touched her nipple it was all over for me. The club was on the second floor and I believe the building was painted yellow. Anyone remember that place?
I also have fond memories of being welcomed into a strip club in Centreville, IL by a lovely slender brunette sultress who met me at the door with a big smile, took my hand and walked me to a table. It was obviously a sales tactic but she was so lovely that it worked like a charm and her lap dances were also great.
