I've run into a few preggo dancers, but most of the ones who are showing get converted to waitresses or bartenders. There was one girl at the Block in Baltimore who was very pretty and looked good from the back, but was glued to the bar. Prospects around the club were ok, but she had a look I wanted to check out up close. So we're talking and she's interesting enough but acting weird.
She offers to go have fun, but still won't back up from the bar. I stand to walk toward the dance area then notice the bump when I catch a different angle. At the time I wasn't going anywhere near a pregnant dancer, but tipped her probably 60 so not to hurt her feelings. She wasn't super far along, so I'm not sure if 2020's era me wouldn't have taken a flyer on that because she was still pretty hot. I've accidentally gotten dances from girls who were barely starting to show if you paid close attention but you could feel she was preggo when the grinding started.

Most of the time I don't overpay. It's rare that a dancer I try does multiple songs and then goes high at the end. It's been long enough where I don't remember the last time it happened, but there are girls who've tried to raise the rate as they're getting started.
The last time it happened a few weeks ago I gently put my hand just above her ass and said "that's ok". She decided to charge a normal rate and I could tip her if I thought she did a great job. I could tell she was trying really hard so I did give her a small tip at the end.
I find it's mainly the younger ones who figure they've got the guy there already and he's hungry enough where he'll cave in the moment.
