I've never been to Pattaya, but I would consider going with this sum, I'd just be worried about spending it all there in time, might be tough, as cheap as I hear Pattaya is.

So the other place I would consider is Tijuana. Find a European Bank with a US office, then withdraw the money overseas. My first choice would be an FKK club in Germany like Sharks, since it's on my bucket list. At my age (68), I would take 6-7k for airfare (flying business class from NJ), then quality hotels near the FKK. Also throw in some indies at my hotel since I would want to rest a little. I just did a quick search on Expedia to price out a trip to Pompano Beach FL.
