  In the book "Portnoy's Complaint", there's a lot of wanking with raw liver. This costs less than $100, and also avoids the expense of a plane ticket. In the countries you mention, there's more risk the sex workers are pimped, or otherwise not fully consenting. Also a lot of personal safety issues. I, and I think most men, are not able to travel outside the US every time they desire some female company.

  I put going to a strip club in the same category as going to a club to see a band play or going to a sports bar to watch a basketball game on a big screen tv. It's just a way to get out of the house and go somewhere where I can watch something while I'm drinking.

  I'm not going to tell anyone that he should enjoy American-style strip clubs. I actually agree about the pointlessness of LDs. I go because I enjoy other elements of them, like the eye candy, interactions with strippers and, when the stars align, making connections with like minded lower-volume girls. If busting a nut on the cheap is your only goal, there are much cheaper and more efficient ways to do it than most U.S. strip clubs.

  There are absolutely escorts in the USA both high end and motel crack whores if that’s your thing. With it being illegal in the USA you just have to know where to look. I personally have little to no interest in going to a strip club if I’m already overseas. I for one enjoy US strip clubs but if I’m already in a different country for pussy I’m not gonna go to a 3rd world country strip club. Similarly, I don’t see the point in going to a US strip club to bust a nut. I go because I enjoy the atmosphere - meeting new people, the music, etc. If I want to bust a nut I go to an escort, if so just want a fun night out I go to a strip club. Similarly, if my sink needs fixing I put in a work order for the plumber, I wouldn’t exactly consult the guy I go to get my regular car oil change.
