From what I've picked up, HKB is a bit more upscale, Adelitas is a bit cheaper.

Yes, get a cab. As soon as you cross there are taxis waiting. It's a 5 minute drive and 5 bucks. All the clubs are next to each other. Ave Revolution is about 4 blocks away and it is the main tourist area.

I miss nothing by not going to Tijuana. Its no closer than Germany and Sauna clubs simply blow away Tijuana. Morton's compared to McDonalds.
