Short and sweet. I attended a silent headphone party last night and scored a quality LDK.

Elaborate on this because I have no idea what you're talking about.

There was a dance club that opened up that did something like this. People walked around with wireless headphones instead of music blasting. It was a great success (sarcasm) because I think the place didn't even last a month before it went out of business.

If you can't feel the music in your chest, it's not loud enough.

When I read about "headphones" I think about the lesson from Ho Tactics (or similar). So I think I missed something too.

@ Shailynn- The premise of silent parties are designed to be an urban evolution. No more noise complaints, blowing speakers, heavy DJ equipment. It also makes it easier to converse with a person of interest.

There are usually 2-3 DJs playing at one time and typically different genres of music.

The magic of silent parties lies with crowd npt the technology.

My party had open bar all night and the headphones were pretty loud though not Beats by Dre. Folks actually danced just as spirited as a regular club. Reggae, 90s RB and Soca.

This was a rented space. I could only see an exclusive silent only venue opening if near a school, hospital or church.

Silent parties are the new backyard, basement and rooftop staples. Any outdoor party will be best served with a silent party rather than a sound permit.

@Rockstar - It's not a matter of feeling the music in your chest, but making sure the ladies feel the music enough to let you feel them.

Mission accomplished

@sclvr5005 - I think any heterosexual male past the age of puberty enjoys having a female grinding her ass on their dick.

Now if you prefer to pay that female $20 to do that for a song, or $200 for her to do more for you thats on you.

However, I prefer the natural approach of just a building rapport with a perfect stranger. I choose the LDK because it only supplements the entree at home.

No STIs, No Pregnancy, No Drama, No Money Wasted.

@Seaboardrr - Why do you go to clubs?

It's not for liquor as you can get that on your own and for cheaper.

It's not for music as you download songs yourself for free.

It's for the ladies. So if ladies are grinding and twerking with headphones on, why would you walk away????

"@Seaboardrr - Why do you go to clubs?"

Is that a serious question? I don't go for the chicas. WE go together because we BOTH like to party together with drinking, music and naked women. If I was single I wouldn't be throwing my money away at a SC. I'd be finding pussy for free.

we've talked about music volume at strip clubs. Mostly it seems that the music creates a shared ambience. Conversation is possible, though challenged a bit. With a girl you can just use it as an excuse to get close to her. And then the music prevents you from having to hear other people's conversations. I think this is the idea of it.

Headphones? Well you can't talk to your girl unless you get her to take the head phones off.

To me it sounds like a dumb idea.

And then as far as LDKing. Well it does sound like lots of college age girls today see it as no big deal, dry humping guys who cheat on their wives, and not charging money, and doing it in front of people.

Pretty stupid though to substitute that for real sex, and for a real sexual relationship. Best way to put it, "sounds pathetic".

If you want absolute safety, there is nothing wrong with celibacy.

@Seaboardrr - Context matters. I posed the question in response to you stating you would bypass a silent party at a nightclub and instead go to the club next door...

It wasnt juxtaposed to a strip club.

I party with my my s/o too, but still enjoy being out living the single life within boundaries (re getting my dick rolled for free by civvies). Thats why I go to parties. It's also why i used to hit SC. I wanted/want newness. Now I do it free.

If i were single, I would be smack bellies with chicks rolling me up.

Single or not single, I like getting my dick rolled. Thats why I go to parties with or without s/o.

Your issues with silent parties seem greater than just the sound

@san jose guy - Your sentiments on music ambiance are noted, but have you ever blasted Beats by Dr Dre? Shit is concert volume. The ambiance isnt taken away at silent parties (as shown in the videos). In fact, it's easier to tap someone of interest or simply remove her headphone and say whatever without needing to yell or find a quiet spot.

You have to experience a silent party firsthand

LDK isnt a substitue for real sex. It's a supplement with a stranger. The foreplay is getting my dick my rolled. The LDK is no different than a hand job, blow job, oral or FS. Friction causes ejaculation.

You can perceive an LDK as pathetic. I'll perceive paying a heterosexual female for sex as pathetic. We both get a nut from a non s/o, but I didnt have to spend money. I reserve my sexual relationship with chick that wouldnt do sexual favors on the next guy for a price.

It's not about safety. It's about getting my rolled by a strangera til i bust for free. Thats my appetite.

Celibacy is not viable vice for a sex addict

@San Jose GAY - Im not talking about strippers. Im talking about a FREE LDK in a regular nightclub with civvies.

Cant speak for the geographic locations you all are in, but NYC civvies are higher quality than 90% of the strippers yall pay for extras. The fact that these same civvies dance with just as much intensity and friction as a quality $20 lap dance is why it's easier for me to happily retire from strip clubs

Thin maxi dresses, leggings, short dresses and tennis skirts....cant go wrong.

Am I lost or something? I'm on a SC forum, right? When I see LDK and party in the same title I can only assume one is at a SC.

Now you're just sounding sad to me since you say you're married but "wanted/want newness" and go get your "dick rolled" (WTF is that??) without your wife. Everyone has their own thing I guess. I get excited doing things with my wife as a COUPLE.

@Seaboardrr - Yes you are a strip club forum. But you are also posting on a discussion topic about silent parties in a nightclub (reading comprehension). I also posted links to such parties as well.

Misunderstandings aside, I use nightclubs for the same reasons as strip clubs. Yet strip clubs are just more time efficient and predictable

Never said "married". I said I have significant other. Even with marriage, my sexual appetite is still for new booty hence clubs as supplements. Getting a dick rolled is what happens when a female is grinding on you.

I do things as a couple and as an individual. Just my appetite

@mikeya02- It's been in the US for over a decade and is steady international phenomenon.

The trend has evolved inclusive of day parties, outdoor parties, festivals, rooftop parties, back yard parties, cruises, basement parties, and private parties.

It's a gamechanger with regards to sound and building ordinances as well. It's vettong process for club owners with regards to new DJs and allows for diverse groups to occupy the same space.

Physically large venues no longer have to designate an entire room or hour to pne genre of music. Smaller venues can also benefit from this perk.

The losers are audio equipment companies specifically speakers and amplifiers.

Apple would be smart to create personal headphones that can sync with music at different venues like a podcast.

Restaurants that double as bars can use the headphones as means of noise control and seamless transition

@LDK - Thinks of the headphones as being programmed with 3 wireless receivers. The user dictates which stations up be slugged into

The future's of these headphones permits for folks to taper into a live podcast of their favorite party happening anywhere in the world. I could even see sport stadiums and symphonies integrating the head9

I can see real benefits to the idea of using headphones. I like the idea of being able to talk just by taking the headphones off. So brilliant!

Like others, I thought this was a club. But that's not a big deal. As long as LDKisLife enjoyed himself it's brilliant! :)

@4got2wipe - The experience truly varies with the crowd. Open bar makes a different to free inhibitions

Actually, silent headphones can be a great enhancement to the Strip Club Experience (SCE). Some strip clubs have tvs showing sports games with captions on, in addition to patrons vibeing to the music, and others trying talk to the ladies.

With silent headphones the ladies can tune info a DJ playinh their preferred music and customers can also dictacte the type of song their dancer is moving to without having to tip the DJ.

So a patron that doesnt like rap/hip hop can have a lapdance to a 90s R&B song, or a Reggae song.

This would of course mean that the strippers would have headphones on as well but to their benefit, they can visibly see which stations customers are listening to while on stage instead of enduring songs they dont like.

New possibilities are on the rise

@tztittyfag - Trolls will troll. At the end of the day, everyone has their preferences.

LDK is as much of a replacement to FS as s hand job. Perfect for being in the moment and satiates exhibitionist needs.

Of course I would much rather prefer to fuck on the dance floor, but LDK avoids jail time.

Thinking outside the box

@LDK - It's the truth

The silent headphones wouldnt eliminate the DJ. It would actiually add more DJs since they are playinh simultaneously. The silence allows the bar to thrive for game watchers so expenses can come down because the revenue streams are diversified.
