Why do you guys love this hobby?
Whether you are single, have a girlfriend, engaged, or married, why do you go to strip clubs? For me, it is I have been with my fiance for years, the only woman I have dated since high school. However, the clubs provide for me the enjoyment I missed out on and did not experience. I'm not one who looks for extras, but I enjoy getting drunk and having high contact lap dances with titties in my face. What say you?

I have found a favorite club near my home I like to visit.
I don't really care for traditional dating and I am unsure if I will ever want to be in a relationship.
So, the showclubs provide the perfect way to interact with women.
Less drama. I get to mess around with these beautiful women without having to "talk" about my feelings, etc.
Sometimes if I really like them I taken them out to dinner
And I think the reason most men don't go to strip clubs is that they don't know what's available. I certainly didn't.

Anyway, I think Papi has it right ... I don't have some single reason I like strip clubs. I stripped clubbed across various ages, I did it when I was single, I did it when I was dating, I did it when I was very happily married, I did it when I was unhappily married, then I did it again when I was not married anymore (regardless of whether I was dating or not). In a nutshell, I love having sexual access to gorgeous young women. Over the past 15 or so years, I've also used strip clubs the way some people use meditation or 420, as a light stress relief valve that makes me feel refreshed and energized for days afterwards (if it was a good trip)
So... it's fun.
There are guys that are not horn dogs that are looking to fuck anything in sight that is attractive to them - there are def guys that like the companionship aspect of a steady relationship and that seems to be what satisfies them.
But IMO most guys see women on a daily basis (work, store, etc) that they would like to jump their bones if they had the chance - SCs offer a way to almost instanteneously "jump the bones" of women you just laid your eyes on.
Along Subraman's analogy of porn - a lot of guys - one would venture to say most; like watching porn - tney may not do it as often as they would like for various reasons; but most probably do like watching it (might be the reason there are also some many webcam models) - as Subra mentioned the porn-watching motivation is pretty-much the SC-going motivation; it's just that for many guys:
+ they may not know what one can get in many but not all, SCs
+ they may not have the ability to go either b/c of the financial hit or familiy situation (e.g married; too busy w/ kids; etc)
+ and there are some guys that are not into paying women for their "companionship"
Having said this; IMO there are straight guys for whom SCs don't do that much for them and they like other types of interactoin - but for the most-part I think most guys that do not go to SCs is not b/c they are not horn-dogs but more b/c there are other circumstances; IMO.
I like the environment, the women in high heels and makeup.
But then later as my marriage turned into a lethal trap, strip clubs was a way of staying sane until the marriage could be ended with my integrity in tact.

For me, with our restricted strip clubs, its just looking and talking.
But with Asian Massage Parlor's its been FS, and usually real nice GFE.
Again, some use before I was married. But once I was married, it was needed as a way of staying sane until the marriage could be ended with integrity.

Not difficult to get a girl's cloths off of her. But the high heels and the makeup is something she has to do, and do deliberately.
Now true, where I am the strip clubs are just this visual and talking aspect. They aren't brothels. But there has never been any shortage of available civilians.
So again, it is the high heels and makeup, getting girls into that mode.
And then in the venues with mileage and a high portion of OTC girls, like the Mexican bar circuit, it is these girls who are just so highly sexualized, and who can be so easily induced into open tongue kissing and DFKing, along with all the pawing, right there on the main floor.
I believe a lot more guys are influenced by this dolling up aspect of it, than have learned to recognize this and talk about it directly.

You can see it other places, but strip clubs are one of the places where it is more extreme and concentrated, and also the women are easier to engage with because they are getting paid.
But I like Viet Coffee and Civilian Discos too.

In San Francisco, if LE told the new papers that they were investigating dancers, they'd be laughed out of town.
But then look at the coverage of recent events in Greenville SC, sounds similar, investigating dancers, treating them as a social menace.
