It's a great way for strippers to show their patriotism. And it's not like this stripper is the first person to wear the American flag. I still remember Raquel Welch's American flag swim suit in "Myra Breckenridge."
There's a SC in Auckland, NZ where I think it's mandatory for the girls to wear stars and stripes outfits. It's called The White House and I'll be submitting my review later in the year.
"discaseful"? Really? I hate to be a grammar Nazi on here, but for the love of the English language PLEASE learn how to fucking spell. I think it's disgraceful that you can't spell "disgraceful".
Section 8(j):No part of the flag should ever be used as a costume or athletic uniform. However, a flag patch may be affixed to the uniform of military personnel, firemen, policemen, and members of patriotic organizations. The flag represents a living country and is itself considered a living thing. Therefore, the lapel flag pin being a replica, should be worn on the left lapel near the heart.
I believe that a g-sting would be considered a costume.
Well there yoy go. What if the strippers are military strippers. That would make them a patriotic organization (for the military). So the flag on the left bra should do
The law applies to the flag, not stars and stripes. Besides, SCOTUS ruled about 20 years ago that the law against desecrating the flag by burning it is unconstitutional and at least one Federal judge ruled that a states anti-desecration law is unconstitutional.
Besides, many sports teams have flags sewn onto their unis or have stars and stripe unis e.g. on 9/11/2012 all 30 MLB teams wore a USA flag patch on their caps and no one complained. Also, Boston College and Hawaii wore stars and stripes unis (in games against other schools) that were later auctioned to raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project.
With that said, I still say strippers shouldn't wear stars and stripes costumes...or any costumes.

and we're celebrating our freedom to see hot naked strippers.
Seems fine to me.
OT... IMO it's only a problem when an actual flag or malicious destruction is involved.

Excellent!
In any case, bottom line, the flag should be respected.
That doesn't preclude other non-flag material with the Stars and Stripes printed on it from being used.
