But would it kill to have more clubs offer stage dance AND extras? I find I'm often in the mood for a little show, and a proper send off before I head out. It's a big world, so I know that every area is different, but I'm struggling to find a place in the north jersey, downstate ny area that isn't either/or. You either get some sexy dancers that will keep a force field between their thighs in the back room, or a dead stage and bar surrounded by a bunch of seed sharks just waiting for a meal.
I know it's a lot, but I would like to see great pole work both on-stage and in the VIP. I'd also like a beer if I can get it too.

last commentHookers dont focus on dancing. Its not how they make their money. Thats why a lot of clubs have lame stage shows

Seed sharks is a good term

@Icey I know, but it wouldn't kill them to make me want to stick around. From a business perspective, for the club, you get me to hang and watch a good show after I'm emptied the tank, there's a damn good chance I'll go around again before I leave.

Klause i agree. Watching the same few lame moves. No eye contact with the audience. It creates a loathsome vibe.
If they were smart theyd use the stage to advertise themselves. Their energy.

Clubs don’t offer extras. Some dancers do.

That's pretty semantic Hank. You know that some clubs structure themselves entirely around extras and don't even pretend to have normal club shenanigans going on.

My main club here in San Diego has both modes. Day shift has a stage show but it's often 1-2 songs between girls so you might only see 6 girls on stage in an hour. On the other hand milage is generally good during the day. Nights and especially weekends is the opposite; great stage show, hot girls doing pole tricks, hands to yourself dances.

There's clubs around here where the stage show is decent to good and the rooms are full service. In the clubs where extras aren't an option, obviously stage shows get more effort, but it's not like the extras clubs have an empty stage all day. They'll be a few dancers who put in work, a few who do the bare minimum, but as is usually the cast most fall somewhere in the middle.

They can get good tips from a good stage show so simply being an extras dancer doesnt mean they wont do well on stage

I have been going to SCs for over 30 years now. The quality of stage shows has really gone down. On the other hand, the number of girls who are willing to do extras has skyrocketed.
It's not too hard to figure out. A girl can make a lot more money giving private dances than getting tips on stage. Besides, who gets the most stage tips, a 9 who does a so-so dance or a 5 who puts on a gives it her all? There just aren't the incentives to put on a great stage show.

I Would Love Being DJ Or Manager & Be The Judge!
I Think Stage Tipping For SC'S Is Stuck Back In Da' Old Days Of Tradition, I'm Still Hearing Of Just $1 Or $2 But Dat' Is Extremely Low For Tipping On The Current Day With Da' Cost Of Living Unless A Dancer Is Getting Laps, V.I.P., Food Bought, Extras, Or OTC.

through with being full nude or topless on stage when they should with the songs play times or what/when customers would like tops or bottoms to come off.
Sometimes, songs are cut short, rotations is not consistent or strippers simply just walk around on stage not being enthusiastic.
'
Music songs should be played full, no fade into the next song unless at the last few seconds of the song and the sound should be clear with no over blaring, & dj should be heard clearly.
Dancers names should be announced for entertainment purposes!
We wanna know who is on stage!
Dj / Manager should recognize strippers excellent performance on stage or even good all around club work!
Recognition goes a long way!
Run $5 & $10 dance specials, dj or manager will keep playing songs till the dance special time is finished or it can be for the whole night or permanently.
Wrist bands for pvt areas, $5, $10, $15, $20, $25, depending on what's allowed & how pvt it actually is.
DJ's / Managers / Bartenders should randomly pick customers for free drinks/meal if exceptional support on the floor/v.i.p. is noticed.

@Dolfan "but it's not like the extras clubs have an empty stage all day."
Unfortunately, it's exactly like that at way too many of them. I've personally been to 3 in the past couple of months where the stage wasn't touched the entire time i was there.
