What is your zone of expertise?

If you were to describe geographically the region whose clubs you are familiar with, what would it be? The reason is I was thinking that the idea of a national top ten or top one hundred is pretty silly since nobody, or so I presume, is that well traveled to have visited more athan a handfull.
Personally I would regard my zone of expertise to be Los Angeles, although I have hardly been to every club here.

I know Detroit a little bit but I must defer to the real experts out there- vince, jack, motor, superdude, sam, alucard, and all the others. I can tell you this, however. If a SC horndog strikes out in Detroit it is time for that horndog to give up this hobby.
I know a little something about the Clubs I have visited over the years, but it is a subset of the whole Metro Detroit scene.
When I lived in L.A., I specialized in the San Gabriel Valley clubs (that includes COI), Pomona, and Inland Empire clubs (mostly Upland-Rialto-San Bernardino). I also know several Las Vegas clubs.
The only region in which I can boast any expertise is the Detroit area, and so my strip club experience has been limited to air dances.
Used to focus close to LAX, but as clubs close there I have been venturing further away - and reaping the rewards.
reviews are always for specific clubs.
but wouldn't it be good to be able to review an area (or even a cluster of clubs) as one review.
for me the area/cluster of expertise would be the niagara falls clubs. i could easily write a good review of which clubs to visit and when (and what to look out for), for anyone not familiar with that area.
but i would like to see reviews of other areas as a whole group. for example, i wouldnt mind seeing a review of the detroit area as a group, looks like might be worth a trip along there someday soon?
maybe a tab for 'destinations' could be added with each destination area being reviews by us clubbers too ?
these reviews would really help out of towners who dont aleady know that scene, so give advice whats available, what the local rules are, when to go, where to stay and eat even.

These are the areas that I club in frequently enough to have a fair degree of operating comfort. I have clubbed in several other areas in the past year as well (and have posted reviews of some of those clubs), but I could not say that I an in those areas often enough, or visited enough of the clubs, to be able to speak about those club scenes with any degree of accuracy.
Last year I wrote an article summarizing the Louisville clubs for Derby time. Others have some similarly on occasion. Since one receives credit for articles, it's another way to contribute and get VIP time.
will be after it gets a bit warmer there though!
next planned trip however, is to another of my 'zones of expertise'... amsterdam.

Everyone's tastes are different so you need to find a reviewer with similar tastes and opinions. Some guys like the girls big and fat, some like them fit and trim with full size tits. Then there is a time factor. I often only get to visit on a weekend night and find one club others like to be a big hassle at that time on several nights. Then some clubs can be hit or miss depending upon which dancers are working from one week to another. It's even possible I could visit at the same time as someone else and have a great time with my hot favorites who never dance on stage and someone else never even sees the same girls. There's a lot of variables. I guess we could add thngs to our profiles to give others a better sense of what we like.
All of my knowledge about clubs outside of KC has come from TUSCL which I have read for the past 15 years. I got most of my SF info years ago from the old USENET ASS-C.
TUSCL made me very aware that Mons was a place I had to visit, and I made a point of doing so. Same goes for TJ. Same goes for COI, but I haven't made it there yet. I used to travel to DET on business in the mid-80's. I hated it. I don't care if they f**k you for a dollar in the clubs, DET's not on my list of places to visit.
NOW THEN....how about creating a special distinction for TUSCL members who have visited half of the clubs presently in the (U.S.) top ten. Perhaps the percentage should be more - say 7/10. Anyway, the member would then be admitted to the "Order of the Golden Thong"...or whatever. There could be a secret handshake...er, not that...lol The US could be broken down into regions, and each region could then have a top ten, and when you have visited all of the top10 in the region, you could become admitted to the "Southeast Cheek", etc. I suppose it would be on honor system. Founder's gonna have to quit his day job to keep up with all of that...... Oh yeah, once you're "in", you're in even if the top 10 changes.
This could set up various rivalries and inter-regional competitions that might be fun...or not. Maybe we elect a president for domestic club visitations and regional V-P's....
busy day tomorrow....
