Can’t speak to the management at Flirts, but, more broadly speaking, the Bosnian diaspora has been a big shot in the arm for the Waterloo area which, as the comments suggest, can use all the help it can get. They, or their immediate descendants, have become community leaders, hold elected offices and, yes, establish and run small businesses. This in an area which has a long history of racial strife

Delilah’s Manville is an extras factory. No alcohol. No ambience.

Plenty of shootings in Waterloo. The trope on local social media is always "Thanks Chicago" (which is over 4 hours away), but the perpetrators are almost always born and bred locals

At The Squire outside Boston I offered to buy a dancer a drink. She ordered tequila. It ended being some crazy $40-50/shot shit. I chalked it up to experience, paid for the drink, and walked away from the dancer. Place seems very much like a regulars club so I guess she had no qualms burning a non-regular with a penny ante hustle

A sound strategy to hit Desire first and take a shot at getting it on with a likely more attractive woman, and then go to Fantasies if necessary. Too many times I’ve done the reverse, had my immediate needs taken care of at Fantasies, and found that I really no longer had as much …“desire” when I got over to Desire

Clubs would be taking a chance hiring a dancer, even as independent contractor, who lacked proper documentation, even under the current administration. Doubt it happens much

I tip my mail carrier and trash collector and give my barber something extra, so, yes, I give a gift to my regulars. Some tangible but inexpensive token, and some non-cash cash equivalent. I’m considering stealing the Sephora card idea if I’m still at this next year. My faves’ tastes don’t run to chain restaurants unfortunately

Accused as a promoter :P
First two paragraphs are a direct, word-for-word lift from my review of a week or so ago. Since imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, I should say “thanks”, I guess

Admirable work of verbal jiu jitsu to take the negative aspects of this place and try to spin them into positives. One thing I would challenge directly is how "far" $100 will get you. Optimism is good, but there are several much better clubs not far away where you can spend time with better looking women in a better setting, and there is an "extras" club right down the street if you're looking for that. So Oasis underperforms at either end of the spectrum.

Somewhere in the club
I was at Delilah's last Thursday night/Friday morning (between 1-2 am) and 2 different dancers attempted to freelance on the dance prices. One quoted $30 per song and I said I knew it was $20 and she said "OK", so off we went. Another, an AA stunner who said she was just in from Vegas, pushed hard for VIP. Told her I wanted to try a couple LDs first and she said she has a 5 dance minimum. Told her I wasn't doing that and she wheeled wordlessly on her stilettos and walked away. A third dancer, a Ukrainian beauty, was making the right moves in the LD room so I brought up VIP. She said it was $240 to the house (way higher than I recall for Delilah's, but it has been a while since I've done VIP there) and she wanted $600 for herself. I wanted to stop LD# 3 right then and there, but she got me to stay till the end. (BTW, the Ukrainian dancers talk to each other in their native tongue while doing business in the LD room, which is a little disconcerting--reminded me of the Seinfeld episode where Elaine is convinced that her manicurist is talking shit about her in Korean) I even had what turned out to be a baby stripper fresh off the bs from Maine (she had the moves on the stage, so who knew) run over on the dance count (Shame on me, I know). I'm almost always an afternoon guy when I go to Delilah's, which isn't often, but experiencing so many micro-hustles in such a short time in a relatively high end club surprised me.

Here we go again
"With limits" are two key words. I have cultivated "regulars" at a couple of clubs that do everything I want to do. No reason to risk effing that up when I can just go to another club when I'm looking for variety

Three different dancers I spend time with all have "plans" that involve getting into real estate sales after taking some school. I hope they execute their plans. It's a field where good looks and people skills honed by perpetually acting sociable in the SC would serve them well. And, their faces would look good on a billboard or bus bench

Greedoshot2: The dancer I was with was close to her "sell by" date and thus losing her MILF status. I had no reason to know whether I would make it back to the area, so I nevertheless opted for the full-Jiggles experience

Keep it in my pants when I do OTC. If I were a stripper it would stand for I like big bucks and I can not lie.
IIRC, “Stripper Nuns Ministering to the Less Fortunate” was the first, and most popular of the “Stripper Nuns” franchise on Cinemax in the late 90s. The series basically jumped the shark with “Stripper Nuns Take Out Saddam”

How about watching Brasil in the World Cup (through one-way glass) while snuggled up against your favorite naked Brazilian? She even stood, hand over her naked breast, to sing the national anthem along with her countrymen on the team. I think she somehow managed to make our VIP session even hotter than usual just to make sure my needs were met before kickoff (or whatever they call it in "Everywhere But American" Futebol).

Be nice
Almost all of my Philly-area mongering is on weekday afternoons, but I'm in one of the clubs at least once a week. Oasis is a waste of time. If you're looking for a likely sure thing at a decent price, Purple Orchid is just up Essington Avenue from Oasis, but you may well have to settle for a dancer who isn't all that attractive or fit. And it isn't a place you'll want to hang out in for hours. I've been to Gold Club in Center City a few times in the evening (6-8 pm) and always found it to be depressing.
Delilah's, Cheerleaders, and Risque Philadelphia (not Bristol or Northeast) are all good bets for conventional clubs with good looking women, and not a ridiculous Uber ride from the airport hotels. As others have stated, Cheerleaders has the biggest lineup of the three, and Risque the smallest, which could be an issue on a crowded night. Cheerleaders is closest to the Wells Fargo Center, where the Flyers play, so likely to draw the biggest crowds. I was just in Cheerleaders last week and didn't notice the big tent out front they had been using temporarily for lap dances.
I wouldn't call any of the three "extras" clubs, but depending on the particular dancer, extras may be available. It will have to happen in VIP, if it happens at all.

Patrons buried in their phone while sitting at the stage, or while sitting at a bar with a stage behind it, are just rude. You don't have to fake-swoon over a dancer you're not interested in, but there's no reason to so openly telegraph your disinterest. OTOH, no phone policies are dumb. Sometime, real life demands that you check in for messages. Gotta believe that PLs trying to sneak pics of the entertainers is a rare occurrence. If I'm travelling, it's likely I took an Uber to the club, and I can't leave the phone in the hotel for the evening, just in case something urgent comes up at work or home
