What we think vs. what the girls think vs. what club owners think are going to be three very different answers, I suspect.
I started flying to Florida during covid and since then I've been less and less satisfied with my local clubs. But I think there's been a lasting decline in talent here in flyover country regardless of any comparison to FL.

Back in the day (2010 for me) I could sit in the club for an hour and most of the girls in the lineup would drop by and ask what I was looking for and if I wanted a dance
If I said no, they’d come back later to ask if I changed my mind, but no crazy pressure tactics
If I tipped a girl on stage, they understood that I wanted to talk to her after she got done with her stage set. Of course guys who tipped more went to the front of the queue
If she had a regular waiting, she’d still drop by my table for a second to apologize and tell me if I should wait for her or if she was going to be busy for a while
This all seems like simple obvious customer service and human interaction, but none of this happens any more
If I went to a club for the first time ever in 2023, I would probably call it a giant waste of time and never go back

I agree with what the chief said. You’ll probably want to get a table in the upper area. There should a small room with a few booths in the upper area that can be used for lap dances if you ask. Be aware that isn’t the same thing as the champagne room, which I’ve never done there.

Back in the 2010s when I clubbed there frequently, Texas was full of Cubans, a few Venezuelans and Colombians here and there, and not as many Mexicans as you'd assume. I don't know about things after covid.
@doc: I think for the most part Cuban girls do a great job with no communication needed. That's what's great about them

Blue state here. I see stuff out of stock from time to time, but nothing like the bread and TP shortages two years ago. It could just be short staffing.
The clubs here mostly have the same old girls. I've met a few new faces who claim to be baby strippers. But it's definitely not shooting fish in a barrel like two years ago.
I also want to reduce how much I deal with retail or food service. I went to pick up some pizzas Friday night. While I was there, the guy (kid?) working in the back got into some kind of argument with the manager and stormed out of the place, and I ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes.

docsavage, you really have to get out of the Midwest to find a quality AMP, same as what’s happening to strip clubs. You need to go to SoCal/NYC/Florida. Vegas gets decent talent spillover from SoCal but the girls charge more.

Most AMP women come to the US in their 30s after they’ve had a kid or two and aged out of the industry at home.
It does seem to allow women to make a living in their 50s and beyond, which you can’t say about strip clubs.

Half of the NSFW boards on Reddit are flooded with girls advertising their OnlyFans. When you see a girl you like, look up her Twitter and you’ll probably see her reposting pics from other girls who likewise do the same for her.
Most of the big accounts (and a lot of the little fish too) are run by an agency that handle multiple girls. This includes not just advertising but having a guy on call to handle the DMs.

My perception of "trad" and other kinds of "red pilled" women is that they're into it to find a man they can control and they see this as the best way of doing that. They also get to raise their standards and be more picky, since there's always a surplus of right leaning single men and left leaning single women.

AMP girls don’t work outside the AMP, period. A studio with American girls isn’t an AMP regardless of whether some of the providers are Asian-American.
NJBalla is right, best case for OP is that she works in a studio that’s reviewed and known to provide extras. Otherwise she’s independent and OP will just have to pop the question.

I think the most likely future is a system like Canada, where escorting is the main thing. Strip clubs will be allowed to exist under basically the same restrictions they have now.
I don’t think we’ll ever get a European or Tijuana style brothel in America.

50 solid engineers should be plenty to keep the site running. When tech companies over-hire, they pick up a lot of incompetent dead weight, but they also make it impossible for anyone to rise up the ranks if they’re not the middle manager’s buddy.
I don’t think I would wanna be there right now, but if you’re an ambitious young guy who was never 100% on board with the woke stuff in the company, this is your chance to be a hero and get noticed by Elon.
The main risk at this point is straight up active sabotage from insiders or just running out of money.
