@25, I could flip the demonization question. If anything I hear more vitriol, up to the highest levels, from blue states about red states. Deplorables and clingers ring the bell?
These cities proclaim themselves sanctuary cities. Texas and Florida are overburdened with them, Chicago and New York want to give them an olive branch. Sounds like a win win to me. They don't get to act humane and compassionate on someone else's nickel.
We solved the problem once. It was called Remain in Mexico. Donald Trump may be a fermented semen stain on the floor of a peep show but he got this right. Biden reversed it on his first day and _immediately_ illegal immigration skyrocketed. The cause and effect is clear.
This is a Democrat-created, Democrat-exacerbated problem. Rich white coastal progressives deserve to face the consequences of their policies.

^ There aren't enough rich to tax to afford Democrats' social engineering schemes.
The great replacement goes back to Judis and Teixeira and "The Emerging Democratic Majority, " only they were gloating about it. I still have Dem friends who do. Surprised that others have a negative reason to it?
We could end the migrant crisis by returning to Remain in Mexico, like Biden reversed on the first day. Until then, big Democratic cities can own their small share of it, rather than inflict it on smaller Republican border cities.
Put your money where your mouth is rather than acting "compassionate" on someone else's dime. Moral posturing has consequences.
Grow up.

@drew, I think the question of "how do I get a handy" is almost as beaten-to-death here as the definition of extras or whether LDKing is "okay."
That said, I don't mind threads about specific metro areas. It's hard to look up every club in an area (particularly if you don't know the geography) to see where you have the best odds of finding what you want.

You want to be a "sanctuary city," you'd best prepare yourself to face the consequences.
You can't expect someone else to bear the burden of your moral preening.

"Did simply having lots of cops lead to effective handling of the mass murderer at Uvalde? Maintaining or increasing the PD budget won't necessarily reduce crime."
@ilb, I don't know how you conclude the second part of this from the first. More police have been shown to reduce street crime in a million different studies.

@shailynn, I think you mean the Swiss not the Swedish (though I find Swedish women overrated)
I heard it this way
In heaven, the police are British, the food is French, the mechanics are German, the lovers are Italian, and it's all run by the Swiss (though I like your version with Italian food better)
In hell, the food is British, the mechanics are French, the police are German, the lovers are Swiss, and it's all run by the Italians.
I heard another version from an Indian friend:
In heaven you get an American salary, an Indian wife, British weather, and Chinese food. (I guess they prefer British rain to Indian heat)
In hell you get an American wife, Indian weather, British food, and a Chinese salary (China was a lot poorer when they invented this joke)

The left sees businesses and rich people as a resource to be strip mined to fund their social engineering. The old saying is true, money goes where it's treated well.
Shit-cago is on its way to becoming Detroit with worse strip clubs.

@25, in one of his books, Vivek Ramaswamy calls that "the Goldman Rule."
He interned for Goldman, and at one point they did some volunteer tree planting day, and all the big shots showed up for a quick photo opp then left.

"The stock market is up today on a hint from Joe Biden that he might be willing to negotiate with the House on the budget and deficit."
Politicians like to claim some things aren't negotiable, but everything is negotiable, especially the things they claim aren't.

Maybe we'll someday grow
'Til then just sit your drunk ass

@ilbbaicnl, I'm being a hypocrite but I'd never prowl the blade for sex (just too sketchy, feels like taking advantage of the lowest of the low) and escorts feel like another step in moral degeneration (I know, I know), not to mention all the things that can go wrong with them (stings, robbery, blackmail, ROBs).
ITC in strip clubs sanitize it. Girls have to at least be somewhat able to hold it together, you get to see and talk to a girl before you commit, management has a vested interest in making sure you're satisfied and coming back (in exchange for a cut) and you're probably less likely to get caught because I figure city hall/the cops are on the take.
I'm yet to meet a girl that was overly offended when I asked about extras, though normally I ask in a roundabout way "what do you do in the VIP." They might not give a straight answer, but if they don't do extras, they'll usually be upfront about that.
I have noticed that extras menus have gotten a lot more restrictive and expensive. Like at Desire Providence (my "home club") pre-pandemic most girls did FS for $200. Now, a few will do that, but now that only gets you a handjob and often a reluctant one. Sounds like at other places, Bidenflation (or perhaps pandemicflation) has set in as well.
After my next FKK adventure, I'm thinking about a break from clubbing. I crave the dirty, subversive feeling of it, maybe it's subconscious punishment in my fucked up head. Once it becomes mundane, it becomes boring.

"Strip clubs" in their current iteration are a largely modern, American phenomenon. I'm sure that the availability of online porn and decline of human interaction has taken its toll and will continue to. In addition, younger generations have lower testosterone (probably as a product of obesity and endocrine disruptors in the environment) and are socially impaired from the virtualization of everything. Despite more permissive sexual mores, younger generations are having less sex than ever. All this puts strip clubs on their back foot.
However, prostitution is the world's oldest profession for a reason. It may change locations, but it will never go away.

Last meal I had at Desire (some rolled steak with potato wedges) tasted funky and slimy, like something left in the refrigerator a couple days too long then heated up for 30 seconds. Usually their food is at least edible.

A lot seem like professional athletes--they have found a lucrative career that suits their talents, and think they can do it forever, when in truth they hold a depreciating asset. Over the medium term, increasing skill can cover for decreasing natural ability, but in the long term, Father Time always wins.
Unless you're a super-duper-star who has made so much you'll never have to work again, the time to plan your exit is _well before_ Father Time makes that decision for you.
Of course, if you can find rich customers with a GILF fetish, that changes the rules. Hey, if some guys are into amputees and midgets, have at it.
