One hundred ? Sounds impressive . Do you do that every day or every other day to let your muscles recover ?
One big disadvantage to not having stairs is that's it's difficult to do stair exercises
I got in really good shape in my college days and lived on the 6th floor and could beat the elevator both up and down. I probably walked several miles a day too just based on all the time I had to spend walking to classes. One afternoon class was almost 2 miles from my dorm. Food was terrible too. No wonder I lost so much weight

I think sometimes I feel invulnerable, decided to stay away from quarantine places today. It's been a couple years since I caught a cold bad enough to take some medicine. Before then several years. I read it's unlikely to catch the flu merely by entering a quarantine building and that you need to be near the sick people. I know all about some people being overly cautious. They write procedures and standards safer than needed in some cases because sometimes people screw up and overlook stuff. It's like having a speed limit set at 55 mph on an empty divided highway that has been recently paved and one car is on the road going 55. It would be perfectly safe to go faster but someone set the standard lower because there usually is a lot more traffic or some other reason.
Standards would be very complicated to follow and enforce if it went like speed limit 55 when traffic density is greater than 8 cars per 500 yards, 65 if less than 4 cars per 500 yards, 75 if less than 2 cars. However if everyone rides in automated cars, the law could be changed to let computers determine safe speeds.

Subra. Good points. It's also possible I read a few comments from girls who didn't want propositions from guys and they were merely checking out the site like me but posted more info than I did. I know curiousity can get you on the site. For a female, she might wonder, are there really rich guys on there just wanting someone to be friends with and willing to pay? If I thought there might be a rich hot female and if I wasn't interested in more, I would get curious too. I do remember some girls weren't back on for months.

Vince leave. There I said it. Do you feel better Dougster? Do you think I'm God and that people are going to do whatever we suggest? It takes no spine to do flame wars or tell people to leave in cyberspace. People keep their kids away from sexual offenders but they have a right to live and served time behind bars in some cases.
There are no kids here on this adult only web site but that could be a good joke. There is a web sire alerting people where sexual offenders live. Unfortunately the kids here aren't protected. Anyone can post here. Cheaters, strippers, customers, LE, predators, murderers, con artists, movers and packers. I'd rather just talk about strip clubs and occasionally other topics but just wanted to post my two cents. I see no reason to leave except to end pointless bickering. If it makes you feel like you won, victory is yours. My power died. Had to repost.

no offense intended towards Dougster but leaving seems like a kid move. If you are telling everyone with kids in your town as much as here about nearby sexual predators, I applaud you. You are letting thousands of people in your hometown keep up to date on everyone they can check on themselves via a sexual offender website. They might think of the warning the same as the false missile alert in Hawaii but at least they know of a potential danger. I myself only talk to my neighbors when I have to. Here I talk more because I can shut down my computer and never talk to anyone again if I want and no one knows how to contact me.

Dougster wins. He's leaving an adult only strip club site discussion board because a possible sex offender visits there. I wonder how he defends his hometown from all the sex offenders living in his community? Maybe he posts flyers on all his neighbors doors that either the sex offender leaves or he's moving. There may even be kids living in the neighborhood. The last time I checked, there was a sex offender loving less than 1 mile away from me on the same street. I don't know them. I don't want to know them. I'm not moving because of them though. As far as I know property values haven't changed at all and sex offenders live all over the place even though I'm aware they have lots of restrictions as if they were a strip club.

I have a local college nearby. That might explain why when I looked at the site, I saw several girls who said if you want sex look elsewhere. I never see that crap on a dating site. I don't know what they are thinking if they think some rich guy wants to pay them to just hang out with them in public or something. I'd prefer a dating site over that crap. Of course not all girls posted that. Some profiles looked like regular dating site profiles and some said they were up for a good time even though I saw some extra comments that they were not prostitutes so if that's all you wanted, look elsewhere. Might be just my local area.

In one club I used to visit most shot girls left me alone but not when a former dancer decided to become a shot girl for whatever reason I didn't know about. She had danced for me before and I didn't want to buy shots and see nothing. I don't go to strip clubs to buy expensive shots. Anyway she thought I should keep buying stuff from her just because I bought dances from her when she was dancing. It took her a while to convince her I wasn't interested in shots. Was she trying to get me interested in something else or just trying to make a fast buck? I always thought it was a fast buck but who knows. I know I probably bugged some girls for some other reason a lot more than normal not just because of some minor reason but because she looked hot.

Made a mistake. Law did care. Made him too old and her underage. Only 2 or 3 years difference in age and he got charged and convicted. They are called jail bait for a reason.

She looks pretty but too young. No. There are plenty of pretty older females out there where you don't have to worry about someone possibly being underage and fooling you. The law doesn't care if she fooled you. They only care if she is underage.
It's like if you went to a party and some young teenage girls wanted to give guys Bj's. If cops find out they were only 16, who gets arrested and charged? Not the girls even if they were the ones who wanted to do it. I read about such a situation. Guy got arrested and now has to report every year and live restricted as a sex offender. If the girl initiates it, I really don't think that is fair but LE doesn't care. I think the guy was only 18 or 19 but the law didn't care about that either.

I keep reading Bitcoin isn't worth anything but it must be tempting to many.

I think the stripper I heard complaining didn't care about paid sick days, she wanted time off when she was sick but was told to come in or be fired. I didn't ask any further details.
