In San Francisco you find strippers and clubs like you do in most other high mileage cities. And some are pro-sex because the are actually sex professionals. Again this really isn't any different at any other city with clubs like SF. The only difference is price.
In the South Bay you find more air dance and no touch strippers because unfortunately those are the only type of clubs there. They are only shit heads to you because they don't want to DFK your creepy ass.

I hate to break the news to you knuckleheads, but you can treat a sex worker and pay her for a service AND do it no different than a conversation with a civie chick. It's you knuckleheads that are assuming that you treat sex workers and strippers differently than other P4P PLs.
For example, my ATF DS is a stripper/escort and I have never (and won't ever) have anything more sexual with her than an ITC LDK. And yes I pay her for this. I have for several years now regularly. And during this time we have grown to know each other on a personal level and talk to each other about personal things. I know all the music and food she likes.
