Several suggestions. Drink plenty of water, work on a healthy diet and get 7-9 hours of sleep Every night, 7 if less active 9 if very active. Also exercise is very important and walking is simple and effective. My brother has similar issues to you and I'm convinced his unhealthy lifestyle is the reason. I wish you the best of luck
