A good club, made a little less good by the god damn gowns

Okay, so the title is a little exaggerated. None the less, there has been a change to the dancer dress code here recently. Or maybe less of a change and a more of a focus on enforcement. The previously acceptable skimpy semitransparent or fishnet-ish numbers many dancers wore are now prohibited. In their place are much less revealing dresses. It's not quite as bad as Solid Gold, but as someone who really doesn't like the Gown/Dress concept in a strip club it's quite disappointing. It would be much less of an issue if it didn't come with a side effect though. That side effect is that dancers often don't take those dresses off for dances anymore, this seems to effect both table & lap dances. I'm guessing its because its harder to take em off & put em back on. While simply wearing the dresses while walking around is a bit of a bummer, not taking them off at all is basically a dealbreaker for me. I'm not gonna buy clothed dances. Sure, you can ask the girl if she's gonna take off her dress for a dance but that's a real buzzkill and really interrupts the friendly/flirty vibe almost as much as her wearing the dress for the dance. I find myself doing a lot less dances because I stop at one if the dress doesn't come off. This probably is common and has a reinforcing effect of girls not bothering to take it off for once dance & customers not getting second dances cause the dress doesn't come off. We'll see how this 3-way Mexican stand-off plays out, someone has to blink.

Anyway, on to the review. The basics are the same. $2 to self park, there is covered valet available if desired. No cover during the day, the cute girl at the desk will ask for a cover charge of $10 after 7pm during the week and $15 on I think Thur-Sat nights. Pat down/wanding complimentary, ID checking but no ID scan. Some of the guys doing security are cool, some of em are kinda dick ish.

They've got 4 stages with 5 poles, 1 behind the bar, 2 single pole satellite stages & one main stage with two poles. I don't remember seeing less than 3 girls on stage at any time, usually 4 and busier times have all 5. Girls do 3 song sets, clothed in the previously mentioned dresses, topless, and nude. They generally will rotate around the various stages for each of their set's. They offer tableside dances for $10, lap dances for $25, and rooms for $75 for 15 in a small rule & 150 for 30 minutes in a larger room. The girls want from $200-500 for the rooms with most being in the upper side of the $250-300 range. Some girls double up to go from 15-30 minutes, others just want an extra $100-150 or so. Contact is good from most girls, I prefer the $10 dances but will occasionally do a $25 dance or a room. Every girl I've done a room with has been willing to do everything I expected without any advanced negotiations, but my demands are pretty typical for the area. Some girls prefer not to do rooms, but I see less and less of this lately. Also, some girls prefer not to do table dances, again I see less and less of this lately too.
